I got this because I can’t afford a monthly internet bill on top of all my other monthly commitments. This allows me to watch shows from my amazon prime video app. Works perfect!

It is a useful item to have just in case you want to show people your own person videos or don’t have an any other way to watch streaming services like Netflix.

This is probably one of the best things I have ever purchased. I have about four of them one in every room that I have a tv . It's awesome for watch movies or videos off of any apple hand held . Love it

Bought for use when staying in RV parks without good WiFi. We’ve used it already, connecting our mobile devise to our tv. It has worked better than expected!

Purchased this to allow me to plug my iPad into an HDMI port on large LCD TV's for presentations. Works great when needing to project your device on a larger screen. This does not plug into the HDMI ports of a laptop though to allow you to view your iOS device via the PC. I had hoped it would so I could do WebEx presentations of our iOS apps.

Works great perfect for projector. Perfect for Movie night or anything. Also works great for tv. Better to share your fotos or videos with friends

I just bought a 50 inch 4K Sony TV with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has the best picture I've ever seen on any TV. I strongly recommend paying a little extra for 120Hz refresh rate on the picture

Plugged in the iPhone and immediately can see video from phone on big tv. We also watched the direct tv app (we were not at home). Simple fix, plug into phone then plug into the smart tv

I use this with my iPhone 6s plus to mirror Netflix movies onto the large flat screen in our lunchroom and also with my Kenwood deck in my car. Works very well with any device i attached it to,Highly recommend it.

This adapter is brilliant because not only does it display my iPad onto a tv but it charges it at the same time.

Easy to hook up and use. Would say I love it except for one thing. You can’t play HD video thru it. I downloaded several movies from ITunes in HD for a trip I was taking. Didn’t find out till I hooked it up and hit play that it wouldn’t work. Had to download the SD versions to watch them. Other than that it’s great

This is what you need to connect your iphone or ipad to a tv and it just works as you would expect. I knock a star becauseit's a bit pricey for what it is. I'm a bit of an Apple fanboy but I think their accessories are a little overpriced but if you want to not worry if it's going to work you buy genuine.

I needed to connect our iPad to display on our large screen HDTV. Connected this adapter between the iPad and a spare HDMI input on the TV and it works like a charm.

I like this because I can look at my pictures and videos that I’ve recorded on my phone and iPad. I can also stream movies on my iPad and watch them on the TV

Plug it into the smart tv and it's ready to go. My iPhone 6 displays a nice picture, even better than the iPad Air 2. Love that you can charge the device while using the adapter, so your battery never runs out.

Another great Apple product . Had one of these for my old 30-pin iPAD, and now have one for my new iPAD with the lighting connector. Love using this to play movies from my iPAD to my TV.
