I use this to stream from my iPhone into my AV receiver avoiding the need to set up a WiFi network (using internet I don’t have) required for casting (AirPlay).

This is a typical apple product. This is a solid product that just does what it is supposed to. It allows you to charge and cast on HDMI to a tv.

Works great. Now I have a way to watch movies away from home.

No issues here. Works fine and only issue is when I start the tv mid Hulu. Which I get off app on my phone and restart

Worked great for about the first 20 minutes. Then it starting acting as if it was buffering. I did notice that if I start the movie then pause it for a few minutes it seemed to stay clear longer before buffering again. I would only recommend if you are like me and live where there is no satellite, cable, or WiFi.

Great gadget, helps me watch Netflix when I am away and staying in a hotel.

As of 1/17/2021, this adapter does not allow Fitness+ videos to play on TV (USB-C to HDMI adapter seems to work). Unless Apple changes this, we will be returning this lightning adapter and will, with disappointment, consider upgrading our gen 3 AppleTV. :(

Excellent product, have used off brand in the past, they burn up if left plugged in, not an issue with this one, 100% compatible with my iPhone 10, synced automatically.

This device has changed my world. I live in the middle of nowhere with no access to the internet so this is an unbelievable tool that allows me to watch whatever I want on my television

Bought with my Son when his cable lines went out while visiting. Watched Netflix for hours off my phone! Great idea, very easy hook-up (if I can do it, anyone can!), and picture quality was very good. Very happy i bought it.

Awesome for watching while away from home. We use it in our camper, and have used it in a hotel also. Buy the apple brand- it does make a difference.

This is a simple accessory that allows you to connect your lightning equipped device to an hdmi cable as well as the Lightning charger cable. I am using a Dell monitor with an HDMI to DVI adapter and have no issues

Bought it to watch downloaded YouTube (premium) videos on my iphonex. Pricey little thing but worked just fine with my 4K 10ft HDMI cable.
