It is a useful item to have just in case you want to show people your own person videos or don’t have an any other way to watch streaming services like Netflix.

So easy to use. Just plug in the HDMI cable and plug in the iPhone and there it is. I'm giving five stars for value because I got it for about half-price on sale.

Bought it to watch downloaded YouTube (premium) videos on my iphonex. Pricey little thing but worked just fine with my 4K 10ft HDMI cable.

I wanted to hook my iPhone to the tv to use FaceTime when calling my brother. It makes it easier to see the people at the other end. I will be buying one for my brother to improve his end.

This adapter is brilliant because not only does it display my iPad onto a tv but it charges it at the same time.

Plugged it into the hdmi port on my smart tv and viewed by phone on the tv seamlessly. Good product. Works as advertised. I am happy with my purchase.

Great wee connection so I can download movies etc and play them through the hdmi connection if I can’t stream the film e.g. good travel connection ‘cos it could be used on any tv when travelling. No ads,!

This connection works very good. I use this to connect my iPhone to my TV so I can watch Netflix. But a little to pricey for my budget

Works great on my iPads and iPhones. No issues connecting those devices to a TV. Was also able to use it to connect to our Chrysler Town & Country for the kids to watch off the iPad on the tv screens in the car.

I like this because I can look at my pictures and videos that I’ve recorded on my phone and iPad. I can also stream movies on my iPad and watch them on the TV

Easy to hook your iPhone/iPad up to a tv and watch Netflix, HBO go, etc. I use it when I travel for work and am stuck in a hotel room. While pricey, certainly pays for itself versus renting movies from the hotel!!

My wife and I were given an Epson projector and this allowed us to hook our phones up to it. Quality is pretty good.

As of 1/17/2021, this adapter does not allow Fitness+ videos to play on TV (USB-C to HDMI adapter seems to work). Unless Apple changes this, we will be returning this lightning adapter and will, with disappointment, consider upgrading our gen 3 AppleTV. :(

I love this item, it lets me connect my phone into the t.v. I like watching movies, so instead of just me watching in my phone with a small screen my daughter and husband can watch it now in the t.v. It's awesome!!

Awesome for watching while away from home. We use it in our camper, and have used it in a hotel also. Buy the apple brand- it does make a difference.

I use this to stream from my iPhone into my AV receiver avoiding the need to set up a WiFi network (using internet I don’t have) required for casting (AirPlay).

I needed to connect our iPad to display on our large screen HDTV. Connected this adapter between the iPad and a spare HDMI input on the TV and it works like a charm.

Very pleased with this product! I am a trainer and team builder and So far this product has preformed as expected. I do all my presentations on a flat screen with an iPad Pro and haven't had only problems.

This adapter does exactly what it is supposed to do: allows you to project your media from your lightning-ported iPhone/iPod Touch to an HDMI-equipped device. It also has a charging port. (HDMI cable and charger not included.)
