With this adapter I can connect my iPad Mini 2 via HDMI cable to our TV and easily watch movies and TV shows streaming from either iTunes purchases or apps such as HBO GO. It was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I thought it would be difficult to use but was surprised with the easy way it works. It is very convenient when you want to show more than a couple people a video or pictures on your phone.

You must use a high resolution video screen to read small print. I’ve used this device for reading construction prints and drawings. Works great with my IPad.

For a non-techie like me this is a simple, easy, no frustration way to get what's on my iPad up on the big screen TV. Love it! Now if Apple would only come up with a wireless way to do it.....

This product works perfectly! The only inconvenience is having to plug in your own charger to the device in order to keep it charged. It should have come with it's own charger, but other than that, it's awesome!

The Apple - Lightning Digital A/V Adapter take the signal from your iDevice and converts it to HDMI. This makes it available when wireless technologies might not work. Great design.

I use this cable because it is more convenient than hauling my Apple TV to watch movies and such on a TVs while I travel. Good quality and not much loss in quality if at all compared to Apple TV AirPlay.

I have an issue with wifi where I live. I get excellent cell service however. With this device, I am able to stream on my phone and plug this in via a HDMI cable to watch movies on my tv.

Buying this adapter was a great decision. We are able to connect an iPad and a iPhone using the adapter to TV or projector. Now we enjoy movies, videos and our photo slide shows wherever we want! It's great!!

Works as intended. My only complaint is that Apple products are overly expensive. If I could have found a generic that was reasonably priced and that I knew work flawlessly I would have bought it.

Works great. Having a separate port for charging is nice. So far no compatibility issues with the official version, Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube were all able to be pushed over the HDMI.

works as advertised, at the mercy of apples dongle obsession. costs quite a bit for what it does

Good product, works with both iPhone and iPad. Really nice feature to be able to plug both into TV and power at the same time since streaming video tends to drain iPhones rather quickly. Occasional issues with the TV recognizing the connection, usually turning the TV off and then back on fixes the issue.

Works great! We use it to connect our phone to the projector so we can watch movies on the big wall. Super fun!

This has been amazing. Since the paradise campfire WiFi has been unattainable in our area. This enables us to stream whatever is on our phones directly on our television.

I bought this for use in my new Odyssey. I am using it with my iPhone/iPad to charge my phone, watch movies on the van entertainment system, and sync with apple CarPlay. The only problem I have is that it while its plugged in with this adapter it will not charge my equipment and it will not sync with CarPlay.

I like how this one works better than the one for the 1/2nd generation iPad. I can watch not only my iTunes movies but also other movie apps I have. Also like thee ability to charge while using with tv.
