Used to hook up my ipad to a 27" computer monitor and worked great. sucks it's so expensive but it gets the job done.

Use it to connect my portable projector to my iPhone to watch movies . Also charges the iPhone which is a bonus.

Bought it to hook up the iPads to the tv. Never really had any issues with it, and if I have, it just freezes up and unplugging and replugging fixes that!

Purchased this A/V adapter to view ipad and iPhone video on large screen TV. Works very well. Worth the money. Attached the adapter to 9' HDMI cable and cable to TV. Works great.
