A little pricey but it’s Apple so what can you say. It’s perfect for what I needed it for so it works for me.

Is this overpriced for a simple cable? Yes. But if you want a reliable lightning to hdmi adapter then you have to buy apple. Bestbuy is the only place I've ever found it on sale. Great price and it always works. The pass through power port is an added convenience. These days you can probably just cast media from your device but if you have a specific application where a cable is needed then don't go cheap just get the apple cable.

Great for someone who travels but wants to connect their mobile device to something like a motel tv. Just remember that you still need a hdmi cable.

This adapter works as advertised. I am using this along with an HDMI cable in my Honda Civic. It's a it awkward with all these cables, but worth it in the long run.

It did just what I hoped. I pluged in my IPAD to the HdMI on the TV and was able to view moives that I down loaded on the IPAD through the TV.

Works great but expensive at about $55 plus tax. Transfers just about anything from your iPhone/iPad to the TV. Need to investigate the Chromecast app as an alternative as it may be all you need .

I go on trips and in some places there isn’t a tv... I can hook this up to my iPad and connect my iPad to a projector. Makes watching movies simple.

This product is about as simple to use as possible. Just plug it in, attach the requisite cables and voilá! Watching iPad video on the big screen.
