This was a great buy for me. We had to dropped our satellite and I love to be able to hook my iPad to my tv and watch the shows I miss.

I just moved and didn’t have internet yet so I was able to use this device and watch movies with my kids.

This adapter works as advertised. Great for when can't use Bluetooth or wifi and need a direct line to your tv or other visual devices

I use it to contact my iPhone to a projector. the HDMI out works and you can charge w. the lightening port.

I have heard that knock-off products don't work well - this genuine apple product worked great. Worth the extra money. I am using it to watch tv in an area where cable isn't available. It has a extra lightning port to charge the iPad while using the adapter. This option works well for displaying premium channels and so far has worked perfectly on all of my premium channels. HD quality output and the picture is beautiful.

This is perfect for screen sharing or watching a movie from an iPhone or iPad if an Apple TV or Chromecast is not available. Definitely handy when traveling since most TVs have HDMI. Better than watching it on a phone or tablet! After a little over a year of regular use, the device no longer works. Took it to the Apple store and they said it was because of an update that prevents licensed material (from Hulu, Netflix and other places) from being streamed or played on TVs or projectors. Tried a different Apple store and they claimed that I had used the dongle too much! The cabling is not frayed or damaged. I take care of my products. Just disappointed.

Very good product I can see everything I want with the simple fact of connect my phone to the tv i recommend 100% for its excellent quality.

No cable..no problem. Stream shows easy with adapter -phone to tv. Even a citizen senior can figure it out.

I like to look at the pictures on my iPad on the 55” tv screen. This item serves the purpose!

In addition to this purchase I would also purchase a hdmi cable for when traveling you can mirror your device and stream directly to any hd tv

Quick and simple! Love being able to watch workout videos from my IPad on the TV in my workout room. Picture quality is great.

It’s pricey but it’s worth it I brought this when I didn’t have a laptop so I could watch movies on my tv and this did the trick

Needed this to stream movies directly in my semi .. works great when WiFi is spotty
