    It works for connecting my iPhone 7 to my TV via an HDMI cable. My only complaint is the price is high for such a simple item. But it's a genuine Apple product, so I guess that's expected.

    This cable allows me to next my old iPad mini to the tv to watch Netflix. I guess it also makes it a 55" display iPad if that's what you want. Only downside is that you need to disconnect periodically to charge the iPad.
