We stream tv in our motorhome and this makes it so easy to connect iPhone to hdmi. The picture is amazing. We couldn’t be happier

This converter works great for allowing the iPad or iPhone to connect to my tv with the addition of an hdmi cable. Works perfectly also charges the iPad or iPhone when it is connected to the charger

This allowed me to watch my tv when the internet was out by streaming from my iPad videos I downloaded. It worked great. No problems. Would highly recommend.

Great product. We use often to display images on phone over up the tv. I had a similar cord but for the old version of the iPhone and had to buy this one.

This is a must for MacBook Pro users because although it is a $1800+ Laptop, Apple designs it to where you have to buy this thing which is around $50 in order to use the laptop to its full potential. Other than the high price for this, it’s useful and good quality!

Very easy to use. Can hook up your iPad or iPhone to tv for viewing through your hdmi slot. You just need to provide an hdmi cable sold separately. Works great like all things Apple!

We are pleased with the quality of this adapter and the image off the iPad to the TV. We use this when we travel so I can throw movies onto the TVs in our hotel rooms, especially in other countries. Wasn't too crazy about the price (hence the four stars) but it is an official Apple product, so it was expected.

It's expensive item and work as advertised. I used the Apple - Lightning Digital A/V Adapter on iPad Pro 10.9, iPhone 8 and XR with IOS 11 and 12 without any issues.

Simple to set up and this works just as it should. We used it to connect the iPad Air 2 to the projector. It just seems that it's very expensive for what it is, but I guess it's an Apple. I would recommend a friend borrow one if they really need one.

This adapter works so well, I have a daughter that is completely blind in one eye and legally blind in the other. Showing her things on an iPhone screen or even an iPad is incredibly challenging, but with this adapter we are able to connect the iPhone or iPad to a large TV screen via HDMI cable, therefore making it possible for her to see what it is that everyone else is discussing/enjoying. Especially now with online learning due to Covid, she is able to use her IPad for class and see what she is doing on a larger space.

I got this solely to be able to play my AppleTv+ subscription since it’s the only thing I can’t cast to any of my smart TVs from my iPhone. Occasional issue getting things to start (connection may not initially work but if you unplug the iPhone and then try again it works) but once things are correct it works seamlessly. Simple to travel with so definitely ends up being worth the price. In a perfect world with all of the technology that most smart TVs have I wouldn’t have to connect anything extra to the tv to be able to cast AppleTv+ (including having to invest in the AppleTv device) but this isn’t option to get it done. Of course if you have the iPad Pro models that use USB-C you would need the USB-C version of this but otherwise this will work with your lightening iphones and iPads so anyone in your household can use it with their device.

Quality apple product. Great for streaming from phone, All you need is regular charging cable and hdmi connector. Highly recommend

If you want to display content from your iPad (or other iOS device using a lightning port, I presume) to a TV via an HDMI cable, this little adapter is the bomb. Super simple, plug it in. It just works. The person I got it for wanted to display content from a web page, and wanted to use the iPad to serve it up. There was audio as well, and it worked great. It does not come with an HDMI cable. You will need to make sure you have one the necessary length for your needs. I would say this is a must-have item for any Apple user to have in their accessory bag.

It’s a snap to set this up. However, be aware that some videos can not be mirrored. It’s not the fault of the adapter itself, but given the price of the adapter I feel it’s fair to knock off a star. If the adapter was cheaper that would not be such a big deal.

I enjoy being able to watch pictures n video off my phone to tv. I also enjoy taking this item on vacation so I can watch Netflix or a movie from phone to tv. Well worth the money.

Perfect to display your iPhone on a TV using HDMI. Exact image duplication, making it perfect for presentations or anything else. It's nice e to have ability to charge while using the connector.

This adapter is for an Apple Smartphone backup connection to our main auditorium big screen. (Normal connection is HDMI from laptop to the big screen.) The sales Rep in the store knew exactly what we needed, even though our description of what was required was spoken with "close-to-correct" technical terminology. We thought the price could be lower, but we understand that is mostly manufacturer determined, and this product is a lower price point than when first introduced to the retail market. To communicate with a live person directly is why our church chooses to do much of it's business with Best Buy.

It’s the ultimate way to connect your cellular phone and your Television. It works perfectly! It would not be a bad idea to choose a good HDMI cable as well.

My daughters love these adapters they don't have a way to stream Netflix on Their TV's these adapters and an HDMI cable enabled them to watch Netflix on their televisions via their iPhones
