Now I can watch my Netflix on my tv and not on my phone! Not having wifi, cable of any kind were a pain till this item. Works great!

Works as advertised! I am able to transfer video from iPhone to monitor. Price was a little steep.

The Apple Brand seems To be the only lightning to HDMI that actually works. Great way to stream movies to watch movies in your TV using cellular data. Especially living in country where your only option is Hughes Net

This adapter more then accomplished the job and allowed us to connect the iPhone to a tv. We were able to see a well made movie celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary.

I love this connector because it allows me to mirror my ipad via HDMI and will charge the device at the same time! Very happy with this purchase!

Price is a little expensive for an adapter, but it is worth it. Adapter easily connects to my iPhone and iPad and makes using our projector very easy.

There is not much to say here other than another good Apple accessory. Connects to the projector easily and I like the fact you can charge your device at the same time you are using it.

This adapter works great with ipads and iphones connecting to several different HD tv's. We use them in our conference rooms regularly and have never had a problem. Simple to use.

I believe this is the original Apple cable that enables your Apple Lightning device to play iTunes movies on your HDMI-equipped big TV. It works well. I hooked my iPhone 6 up to my HDMI cable and the iPhone automatically output the movie to this cable and into the TV. This is nice for trips. you can take several TV shows or movies on an iPhone and watch them on your TV. This cable also has a second input connector so that you can attach another Lightning cable to it while it is playing a video. This allows your Apple device to charge while playing. The cable works fine without this, however, as long as your device remains charged.

This product is great at providing you with movies or videos from your iPhone or iPad to your tv via HDMI cord. Videos are very clear being projected on the tv.

The easiest way for me to be able to watch things from my iPhone or iPad onto my tv was to either purchase this Apple lightening digital a/v adapter or the Apple TV. I chose the lesser expensive way. However, at $52 it still wasn't that cheap but it definitely does what I need.

If you have an IOS device with a Lightning connector and want to display anything on a larger screen this is the best way to do so. Has both HDMI and power ports for all day playback.

The product works as described. I can easily project my iPad to the TV screen or the projector at work. Just plug and play.

Works great to plug my iPad Pro to my 4K TV. Just Plug and Play. I can buy and watch movies from iTunes store and watch on my TV. No need to buy a separate media streaming box.

The price was competitive with other providers. It was easy to connect and provides quick access to view videos and photos on a big screen TV directly from your I-phone.

The price point is a killer for what you get. But it does seem to work. I bought it to connect my iPhone/ipad to an HDMI cord to plug into a projection screen. I can't really speak to any issues of picture degradation (because the picture quality is a function of the projection more than anything, I think), but, having said that, it looks good to me. The only tiny issue is that my directv app does not work in conjunction with this. When I read up on the issue, I think that may be an issue with Directv intentionally NOT making it compatible to thwart piracy or something. And it DID work with the old DirecTV app before I had to update the app, so probably some truth to that. Haven't figured out a workaround yet. But Netflix and Youtube work with it. Don't have Hulu, so haven't tried that. (beware if you try buying a cheaper knockoff of this, because the knockoffs sometimes don't work with the streamers).
