I needed to display a video loop from an iPhone to HDMI input monitor and this adapter worked without any issues aside from the limitations of the available iPhone apps. The price seems really high given the relative role of the adapter, but I know they gotcha, and we pay for that!

Price is questionable but does what it’s intended for and being able to charge it at the same time is a plus.

We don't have home internet, but we have unlimited cell internet. With this adapter we are able to stream Netflix and Hulu from our iPhone and watch it on our TV! It works great!

Great quality adapter. Bought it to connecy ipad to my tv for onscreen auto facetime when i make a call to my ipad so it can display on screen automatically. It works well but 60 bucks is expensive :)

Great little piece of electronics. We use it in our Motorhome when we don't have access to wi-fi or too far from stations to pickup live TV. Plug a HDMI cable into the TV and the other end into the adapter, then plug your iPhone into the Lightning port. You can charge your phone at the same time your streaming your favorite show by plugging your charger into the adapter too! Just make sure you have a unlimited data plan on your phone.

Serves its purpose. A little expensive but would be again.

Bought a mini projector that needed an Apple Lightening A/V Adapter I always buy Apple products when possible. It works perfectly fine and is built and feels sturdy. Unboxed it at home and put it to work right away. Works perfectly for the application I purchased for. I would buy it again and would refer it to a friend. But like most Apple products it’s expensive. $50 plus tax seemed excessive for an adapter cable , considering the mini projector I bought which is high quality only cost $250. I thought $10-15 is what it should cost. But I needed it so I paid the money.

I was anticipating a long wait when they put my name on a list at the front door but the wait was only about 5 minutes. The staff person arrived, ready to listen to my details and let me know he understood me even though I didn't know all the technical terms. He went as far to explain further what the device would do and where it's limits were so I had no false expectations when I got it home. He didn't put me through a lot of wasted time listening to him try to sell me things I didn't want or need and respected my saying "thank you, this is all for today". I was checked out at the back register so I didn't have to go the front where there was a line. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and the device works perfectly for what I needed it for plus, some information he gave me with regards to other devices I have, I'll be able to take advantage of it's versatile features.

Instead of purchasing AppleTV, this less expensive alternative allows you to display movies from your iPad to your TV. **An additional HDMI cable is required, and not included.

Only Apple can overcome a design flaw by selling you more equipment. While the items works as expected it is, in my opinion, overpriced and only needed because the original, expensive, Apple devices cannot meet the need.

Simple to plug in and begin using. A little expensive especially considering extra cost of HDMI cable. Have had no problems thus far. Works as it should.

Does what it is supposed to. I can watch movies on the TV through hdmi. Better than aftermarket also.
