Makes everything on my daughters phone just plug to any HDMI input. She takes it on the go with her portable projector and that's all there is to it.

This adapter was pricey but necessary. We're over the road truck drivers and needed it to stream from my iPad to our television in the truck. Works great.

I highly recommend this adapter to anybody who uses their phone to stream videos or create slideshows, presentations, etc. on their iPhone or iPad and is looking to transfer to a larger screen. The video quality for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime varies depending on your WiFi or Data connection speed. Downloaded Netflix videos have great quality. Streaming Youtube videos have great quality after a short (30s) buffer. And of course applications on the device have a great quality if they are already downloaded and installed.

Easy to use. Works flawlessly! Using an HDMI cable was the only thing I needed. The charge/usb isn't needed, but helps keep the battery charged as you use your phone.

Using this to connect my iPhone on an older non-Bluetooth TV as well as Android TVs that won’t mirror. I stream all of my apps seamlessly; YouTubeTV, Hulu, Netflix, HBOMax, etc. You can run a lightning cord from the adapter to your iPhone and your phone will charge while it is playing. I thought about buying a knock-off brand, but haven’t had great luck with them. They can be hit or miss with quality and/or compatibility. This is worth every bit of $49.

I bought my adapter a *little* under a year ago and it had been giving me issues lately. I keep getting the “There’s a problem loading this content” message and it takes so many tries to work. Otherwise, it worked excellent a few months prior. Unfortunately, I amway beyond the warranty and will have to see if buying another may help understand if it is the adapter or another issue.

Adapter easy to install and use. Not like some others that need an app, etc. No problems with Apple Adapter.

Only works with Apple products and this does exactly what it says. I love being able to use this to play movies, etc... from my phone or tablet.

This adapter was great and saved on a pinch. We lost internet service due to thunder storm knocking down wires. Being my household only streams now, this allowed us to use our cell phones to stream our apps. A definite must have in those situations.

I mainly use this to watch Netflix and stuff when I lose Internet service at home or need to present a PowerPoint from my iPhone or iPad. It works great! Just pricey!

Got this to hook my iPad up to my TV and works great! Love that it has a charging port and HDMI. Clear picture, no bad connection or unclear picture errors.

Unlike the 3rd party version i purchased this actually works with Apple TV app, Netflix etc. i was so annoyed when i bought the 3rd party version and my mother’s iPad didn’t allow certain apps to stream to the tv. Do yourself a favor , pay the little bit extra for the Apple product to avoid all headaches in the future. Crazy Apple can charge this much for a basic adapter but anyone that uses Apple products knows better

Elegant, simple HDMI-AV device - highly recommend this for iPad -to-TV connections!

I purchase the Apple lightning to HDMI adapter to use my IPhone to stream TV to watch baseball when at the deer lease. It works great with no issues. I’ve heard the cheaper off brands adapters have issues when streaming, but not with the Apple brand.
