Cheaper than AppleTV

We mainly use it to hook up the iPad to my daughter's TV so she can watch her shows. We do own AppleTV but this is a more portable product for travel and simple hook-ups even my 5 year-old can figure out. I personally do not own any Apple products but I do buy a lot of their stuff for my wife. I just hate how expensive Apple is compared to other brands for the same performance if not better.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Apple Lightning to HDMI adapter so I could watch TV from my iPad mini or iPhone on full size TV screens when traveling. It worked perfectly from the moment I took it out of the box. Keep in mind, you may have to change the input on your TV to make it work. It's a perfect resolution to limited TV programming in hotels when I travel.
