Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like most Apple accessories, it seems expensive for what you get, but it did allow us to play movies from our iPad on an overhead projector via the HDMI port. One note: Without a power adapter attached, the connection was occasionally unreliable (the screen would go black for a second or two.) Plugging in a lightning cable powered by the iPad adapter solved the issue completely.

Exactly what I was looking for

More importantly, an employee helped me find it because some doofus had placed the wrong item in front of it. Plus, I was able to online price match at the register for a discount. There's still a place for brick& mortar stores.
