    Expensive but good for certain use cases. Mine was an adapter for use in our minivan, Stellantis Pacifica, that does not allow casting or mirroring wireless to the screens in the 2nd row when using Apple products. This adapter performs this wired.

    So it does mirror your image/video to a tv. Netflix sometimes will not play/no volume. The xfinity app gives a playback error as if you are trying to record. Can not use your phone while watching tv, I purchased this to get by without internet at home for a while.

    This adapter does exactly what it' supposed to do. Tried cheaper adapters from Amazon that were "certified" and they did not work unless the HDMI cable was very short. This adapter functions well even with a longer HDMI cable run to an overhead projector. I would recommend this over cheaper alternatives.

    Easy way to directly plug an iPad or an iPhone into a larger display. Sometimes can be better than an Apple TV as it doesn't require you to have an active network connection.

    I love this adapter. I use my iPad mini to view NetFlix and such to my TV when traveling. Make sure you have a long HDMI cable and Lighting cable. It can take a few seconds to connect with the TV so be patient!

    Works well but it phases in and out of displaying picture after watching a program on a streaming app. I unplugged then plugged back in right away to restore picture. It probably was the tv however and not the device just not sure.
