This was exactly what I needed! I am a teacher during remote learning and I needed to be able to use an external monitor while on Zoom. My computer didn’t have an HDMI port. This product was great! I can charge my computer at the same time as teaching on Zoom with an external monitor!

I bought this because I wanted to be able to hook my iPhone and iPad to my tv. While there are cheaper models from other manufacturers, I chose the Apple one because I saw reviews of others that were less than stellar. I also know that Apple stands behind there products and if I have a problem I can just take it to the Apple store and they will replace it

This is probably my favorite to use because I can hook up my phone to the tv and play whatever I want.

Works as described. Compatible with multiple devices.

Excellent product for what it is. Certain services won’t work 100% of the time (Netflix had an episode that would not work but the rest of the series worked just fine) but this is clearly not the products fault. Overall the product does work as intended and I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great quality and you can pull up anything on your tv from your phone.

Unused this to connect an iPad (and later my iPhone) to a projector to play movies at a camp. So easy just Lou it in and your screen appears on the hdmi device. If you ply a charger into the adapter it charges your device as well.

I have been using a different cable to view Podcast, Netflix and Youtube how ever I had trouble viewing videos from webpages. When I changed from Apple products that had the 30 pin connection, the cables were useless. I purchase this cable on the suggestion of a BestBuy rep. I love the ease of use. It actually mirrors everything on your iPhone or Tablet on to the TV screen. I love it!

I use this to connect to tvs when I'm on the road & want to run Netflix or some other video. Note that you will need an HTML cable as well. If the signal speed coming into my phone is fast enough, then there is no issue getting a great signal on the tv screen. I do think the unit is stupidly expensive, but that's Apple's price-fixing, not BestBuy's fault.

Works good. Kind of expensive but worth it if you use it enough. I watch alot of things on my phone and its nice to have it work thru my Vizio tv so its alot bigger screen

I use this all the time when I travel. If I need to present something for a customer this works wonderfully. I also have an HDMI adapter that allows me to present using VGA port if HDMI is not available. I also use this a lot in my hotel rooms when I travel if I want to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. It displays those apps really well from my iPad to the TV.

This adapter is useful for anyone wanting to mirror their apple devices on tv with a HDMI compatible tv without the use of an internet connections. It worked perfectly for Netflix, Hulu doesn't work as well though. It is a simple fix for anyone who has a poor internet connection and wants to stream or project an apple product with a lighting adapter.

Works great- had previously tried knock-off brands - twice- and got burned! Plugged this in and works exactly how I had hoped. Can attach my iPhone or iPad to the tv!!

I am preparing a presentation for my local American Legion and needed to connect a TV to my iPad. This adapter is exactly what I needed to connect my iPad to their TV. It worked and my presentation will go off without a hitch. The only suggestion I would make is finding a good HDMI cord long enough to reach between the TV and whatever you are connecting.

The device is needed if you want to push the screen on your iPad to a TV or monitor, so it is something I have to purchase. Like most Apple products, it's way overpriced compared to similar items from other makers. The item is easily damaged. I've had to buy three in the last year. I buy them for 30 people on my team, so replacing three in a year just because the wire is easily bent/broken adds up.

I go camping in the Mountains frequently and I never have service. This is where the adapter comes into play. I download movies onto my phone and then connect the adapter. I then plug it in to the tv in the camper. Works great, good picture and sound. Really helps since i bring my kids. Never know when its going to rain.
