Plug any HDMI cable from your tv into it, make sure your tv is on that channel, plug it in your phone like a charger and about 3 seconds later your phone screen will show up on the tv. Everything you do will mirror to the screen. I like a lot that you can still plug a phone charger in too while using it.

My smart tv recently did away with one of my streaming apps, so I needed another way to watch without having to use the small screen of my phone. This was the perfect solution. It’s simple to use, requires no set-up, and I don’t notice any lag or sound issues. Works great for me and I definitely recommend!

This adapter is great to mirror anything from your phone. From pictures, videos, or streaming shows or movies. This is great esp if you are traveling and staying in hotels that don’t have a lot of channels and you want to stream let’s say Netflix from your phone to the tv. Just wish it was not so pricey.

This connector was just what I needed! I had to hook up my iPhone to my tv to see the sons while we played games online with my iPad. Worked out great and it’s great Best Buy is an authorized Apple place so I didn’t have to venture downtown! Win/win.

I travel a decent amount for work and wanted an easy way to watch Netflix and stuff on my hotel TVs. I can plug this into my phone and use an HDMI cable to connect right into the TV. It mirrors your phone screen, but will automatically switch to full screen when you watch Netflix, hulu, etc. It’s a solid workaround for places with captive internet like hotels, dorms, etc. You can’t use your phone for much else while streaming (which is normal if you’re used to streaming on your phone). 4 stars because of price.

I would buy a knockoff version of this just because the price is so ridiculous for what it is. I was going camping without Wi-Fi and didn’t think of buying it until the last minute. It did work well though

Provides simple plug-in connection from Lightning connector to HDMI. It was perfect for connecting a pocket projector to my iphone/ ipad. I also use it when traveling to connect my devices and play my content on hotel room TV's. Wireless is great, but sometimes a wired connection is the simplest most reliable way to get your content to a bigger screen.

This device is WAY Over Priced! But I use this to hook my iPhone to my grandparents' TV to show them pictures or other things from Internet. Much easier on their eyes...before I would try to show them pics or videos of kids and they would smile or nod, now that they can see on a much larger screen, they love our visits. I can even stream a movie on my phone but watch on TV!

It allowed me to extend the resources built into my iPhone and iPad to a wider screen, namely my tv. Any pictures, movies, as well as other services afforded to me like the History Channel, Netflix, HBO, etc. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lighting cable can be made to have a more snug fit for stability. When I originally began to use it, a slight bump and I would have to reset the cable connection to my iPhone. Other than that, once you've figured that out how it will work best for you where you place your iPhone or iPad then don't move it you'll be fine.
