    Great to have to connect to your tv so you can connect your iPhone to it and see on big screen this was before Apple TV was made or u can use on car radios to see I phone on screen

    While the device works "as advertised" in getting signal from iPad mini 4 to HD TV, much quality is lost going from such a small screen to such a large HD TV screen. Compared and contrasted to laptop I would use this device only as a last resort.

    This digital adapter is fantastic for being able to view information and videos on my TV set rather than my tiny iPhone screen. However, it is not constructed well at all. I bought it less than 3 months ago, and just realized that the cable has already failed. $60 down the drain. I watched a program this morning, but only succeeded when I got the adapter carefully positioned and didn’t touch or move it. When I forgot, the screen went black, and I had to carefully refind the correct position and angle. Come on, Apple, make something that can last two years, not just two months.

    Best buy shiped me a counterfit unit that someone returned and didn’t bother to check it. I had to go back and get one and I made sure to pick it out.

    Doesn’t always connect very well. Also, if using for media, most companies like Netflix, Disney plus...don’t allow you to use to push to a screen.
