I bought this to mirror my iPad to a TV. Though it did work, I wasn't happy with the product. The picture remains 4:3 resolution, and most of the apps on the iPad don't support mirroring anymore.

Thought I would try to save a few bucks by purchasing this item instead of getting the more expensive Apple TV. It will do for now but wireless is way better. Go for the Apple TV

Although good.but I did not like The way it drains the battery, although I think people Will find it useful when they do not have any other options such as the airplay on Apple TV.

Netflix.. yes.. Hulu... no.. I don’t understand why some apps block the use of accessories like this.. maybe it’s not the accessories fault but still.. a decent product

The adapter is way to expensive and on top of the cost a person has to buy another cable in order to connect the adapter to the television.

You need to play the video first through your phone before you plug in because it will have a black screen if you play the video on the phone After plugging in.

Didn't look that clear When watching movies, my tv is a top of the line brand but guess it's the transfer of data. I would only recommend if they didnt have a laptop with hdmi connector

This product did exactly what I wanted it too. I bought this so I could watch movies purchased on my iPhone on tv

The whole purpose of buying this product was to watch my recorded videos of my 6+ on my big screen, via this adapter/hdmi. The product actually worked for about a day or so and I couldn't get it to work thereafter. Later I found out that this product was intended to work only for the new iPad with this lightning connection. I guess if you're gonna use it for iPad then it's ok, but if thinking about iPhone, I don't think it's going to work.

This ended up not working for what I purchased it for. It didn't seem to work with my phone and t.v. the way I had hoped. I returned it. Ended up using a different product.

When viewing videos online and transferring the image to a tv the picture quality is sub-par. It is cheaper than the Apple TV though if picture mirroring to a tv is what you are using it for.

It works with most apps but some apps block the use of it. It’s not it’s fault I guess. It’s the app’s fault copyright protection

It’s really useful however the cable stops to work after 9 months or so. Make sure not to bend the lighting side of the cable.

I thought this would be the solution to my problem but it only connects and out 25% of the time. Disappointed.

I wanted this to connect my phone to a TV or monitor to stream video from apps. However, most of today's apps have blocked this product from working so you can't stream to your TV. This adapter is only useful for mirroring your home screen and that is pretty much it.

This is a good way to present a project that I saved on my iphone by mirroring my iphone on tv at the office. The only flaw is it does not work with protected movies from itunes.

I like the thought process here. Just the execution of 1080P doesn’t always work and in fact lags more often then not.

Great to use and project on LED screen but the usb connector is loose after only 3 uses. Will return and exchange for a different one.

This was supposed to mirror iPhone but certain channels I could get on my phone were “not supported” and not available. Very frustrating.

Worked for a few months but is now intermittent! Easy to use but now works only intermitantly
