Worked great for about five months but now when I use it I have to fiddle with the cord to get it to play through the TV

I bought this authentic Apple lightning adapter cord because it’s supposed to be great quality!? Our last one lasted about 1-2 years. Not too bad. We watch not just YouTube on our tv but also other mediums like Amazonprime, Tubi and other. The China made ones do not work with everything so I went for the Apple one. You know, you get what you pay for, right!?!? After 1 1/2 month it’s kaput. And GUESS WHAT!! After only 1 1/2 months it’s not returnable!! REALLY!?! Boo to this lightning adapter and not to be able to return stinks!?! Exchange possible?? I guess we’ll see!!

This device makes it easy to share your screen on a TV. I have used it with Sling, Netflix and You Tube. I was disappointed that it did not work with Hulu.

I got this cuz my Samsung note 5 was not mhl. I do not have internet at my house. So bought a iPhone . Itbdose not do 1080. Onlu 720 it works ut cluld have been better

Didn’t work for want I needed. I wanted to get a NFL game on my tv that I could watch on my iPad but it didn’t work.

Already purchased 3 they only lasted a year and the price is to high to be made so cheap.

Device works to mirror iPad to computer monitor or TV but won't play sound without speaker or headphones plugged into iPad.

Shorted out too quick;was even careful with placement outside of using it ..I would recommend but I highly suggest a warranty if applicable

I purchased this in order to show video from my phone on my tv. It did not work. I don't think it's a problem with the adapter, but it was a wasted purchase.

The connector is only average, videos and images do not scale well on the TV and does not seem very sharp. But there is no alternate way to mirror your ipad or iphone to a tv.

Worked perfect, but way overpriced. I found something very similar for $40 cheaper.

This did not work for what I needed. I was trying to use my iPhone to watch shows and have it play on my television but it didn't work. I needed apple tv

It's a cable and it does what it's supposed to do. If you take care of your cables they will outlast their usefulness.

Very expensive. Apple is looting you in daylight. Please look for alternatives.

Good but most tv’s have mirroring which defeats the purpose of this product.

I was excited to get this but then after some research found out it can ONLY do 720 resolution - not even HD. I have a 4k TV and when I hooked this up using a 4K HDMI cord to my 4K tv it only did 720 :( Even in the description on Bestbuy.com - which I should have read more closely it says "Video mirroring - Makes it easy to view apps, presentations, Web sites and more in up to 720p high-definition resolution."

It's fine for what it does, but the output color is a bit off, I wouldn't recommend buying at full price.

Does what it should but I have noticed that it sometimes glitches and I lose sound or picture.

This adapter works great when it actually works with the HD tv you have. One problem I found with this item is that some tv's even if they have an hd slot are unable to use this adapter. Another issue is how short the cord is so you really need a cord extension to get any use out of this. Works great when it does...but is a pain when it doesn't.
