    Works great at first but then the wire tends to get loose and the connection doesn’t transmit the video. This is the third and last one I am buying.

    Like all Apple adapters, the wiring could be a little more reinforced, but it does what it’s supposed to do and was a good value

    If you want to project your iPad, this is a fairly standard connector you will need. The advantage to this connector is you can still charge while receiving HDMI out.

    I got this home, plugged it in...and nothing. I started doing research only to find out that there's issues with this not working on anyone running iOS 8. It's been out for months and there's still no fix?!

    I was not happy with this purchase, mainly because the product states it could display in HD resolution and was never able to establish anything more than a really digitized image with lots of annoying artifacting.

    I bought this to use with an older flat panel LED TV that doesn't have bluetooth or airplay capabilities. It is the most useless Apple product I have ever used. Practically every streaming app I tried to use with device crashes. I would return it but I am past the 15 day return window. DO NOT BUY this item.
