Not satisfied with purchase

Talked with Apple Care who said that an engineer would call back. Never happened. Seems like the adapter only works with newer TVs although mine has a HDMI input. Very disappointing. There should be a notice that is very visible on the product's package saying that the adapter won't work with older TVs.

Breaks before one month of purchase

All 5 purchased since February 2022 have quit working one to three months. Very disappointing for an apple product.
