No Audio working

So when I went to Best Buy I asked the associate if it would work mirroring my phone to my TV. I was assured it would, it does not. I hate the words "no signal detected". I hope they take it back.

Good for a time

I say problem because it works great except it stopped charging my phone while in use which is a big set back. It worked perfectly fine for a few days and then all of s sudden it went out.

NOT for steaming video

DOESN’T WORK FOR THAT PURPOSE. It may be good for other uses but DO NOT buy this to stream video from your phone.

Can’t be used to stream cable apps

Nope! Therefore, it has no purpose for us which is why I have it the low star rating.

Problem streaming movies on Xfinity App

I was on vacation when I discovered this and by the time I got home to return it, Best Buy’s 15 day return time period had expired and I am stuck with it. 15 days is to short of a time to allow for returns.

Do not buy this open box

I figured if they are re-selling it, it must work. Well I used it the day I purchased it. 2 weeks later when I tried to use it again, NOT WORKING. By the , I already passed the deadline to return it. NEVER BUYING SECOND HAND AGAIN. Just spend the extra $5 and get a new one.
