This adapter works as intended and we use it to watch videos downloaded on the iPhone to our television. Longer cords could be helpful.

Wanted this to have a wired connection option to output the screen of my phone or pad. While convenient, wireless connection is not always an option. This is the typical Apple dongle in form factor and right out of the box everything worked as it should and I was able to connect and show screen, apps and photos through an hdmi connection to a large screen tv without a noticeable lag or loss of quality. I dinged this 1 star because even on sale this dongle is very over priced as is typical for Apple dongles/adapters.

Thank you BIG TIME Best Buy for carrying only THE BEST in Apple accessories! I was able to beautifully stream a MT Grizzly's Football Game from TN, (btw, my nephew is quarterback), as if I were watching it in person~ no glitches, hassle-free, user friendly set-up from an I-Pad to my big screen tv with no issues at all & then BOOM... GAME ON!

works well transferring your ipad/iphone screen to your tv. easy to use. but as all apple exclusive products, it’s overpriced.

It works PERFECTLY. I bought for my parents to use to connect their tablet to their big screen TV when using Zoom. I had no trouble at all connecting to their TV and they use it all the time without any complications which is great because they do not care to mess with technology. I only gave 3 stars because of how expensive it is.

I got this adapter to be able to watch stuff from my phone on a tv screen that I couldn’t connect my phone to and it works great!

I now have this packed in my travel gear with a short HDMI cable so when I visit my parents I can play them Netflix movies or show them photos. It has been worth the price - we have even used it on a cruise ship to play a downloaded movie. We have a 2nd one at home. Worth the price for us to not have to huddle around the same iPad.

I bought this so I could connect my iPad to a projector to play a movie for my daughter’s birthday. I expected all the regular headaches that go with connecting devices, but this dongle made it super easy. Plug the dongle into the iPad, plug the HDMI into the other end of the dongle. Instant mini movie theater. Nothing could be easier!

We use this in my husband’s semi so he can get TV with his iPhone and xfinity or ATT watch and I use it at home to access Disney plus. Love this item! We have two. The first one we bought about a year ago and no issues. I bought a second for home and we will take it in our camper as well.
