When hooking up, just make sure your iphone acknowledges the adapter cord before hooking to the tv's HDMI outlet. (it will show a cord icon on the phone screen near the battery indicator) So easy to use - it takes everything on your screen and projects to the tv.

I bought this to mirror my phone screen to my stereo. It works great just slightly too expensive for what it is. But that's apple for you I suppose.

This is a perfect accessory for connecting your iPad to a tv. If you don't have cable, and want to stream apps onto a bigger screen, get this device. The base end allows you to connect an HDMI cable that connects to the tv, as well as the power supply so it doesn't drain the iPad's battery.

The adapter definitely comes in hand when wanting to connect your iPad to something else like a monitor, bud it is not cheap buy

I have only used this for about a week, but I love it. I can download Amazon prime movies on my phone and watch them on my RV TV's. Most RV parks have poor WiFi so this was a life saver this weekend. The picture quality is very good, I can't tell the difference in this or watching a blue ray disc. Hopefully it lasts a long time as I definitely intend to use it a lot.

I am so glad I bought this item as it makes it easy to watch my movies right on the hotel room tv and it only takes a few simple steps to install all you need to bring with it is your charging cable and an HDMI cable. I was also able to plug the charge cable in to a USB port on the back of the tv so no outlet needed. Great purchase would recommend this product.

Since Chromecast doesn't work well with the iPhone6 this cable adapter allows you to stream directly on your phone and push the video to your TV! Most cable channels have apps to stream live and lots are free. I don't have wired cable at home and this adapter allows me to watch "free cable channels & tv" on my phone that's connected to my flat screen! No cable bill here!!!

BB price matched the Apple store, which was a nice bonus. This device worked perfectly when partnered with a hdmi cable to mirror my iPhone to my Roku TV. I had connectivity issues with airplay and this is more reliable.

This worked great for a 14 hr road trip. We could watch or Dish TV and even watch Netflix. It was nice to have in our condo for the week as well. With no TV guide it was hard to find something that hadn't already started. So it was nice to just plug the HDMI in and start a Netflix movie. Great little device to have.

Love this! I take it with me on vacation so I can run an hdmi cord to hotel TV and charge phone, so I can watch my apps on TV(Netflix, Amazon etc)

The main complaint we all have with Apple is the constant connector changes to increase Apple's bottom line along with user;s frustration. I wanted to connect my iphone to my tv to show recent photos. Best Buy had the best price so off I went. Thank goodness for bricks and mortar. stores. We ALL need to support them. Best Buy is the best.

My husband and I just purchased a new smart television so we could take advantage of the new technology. Our hope is to disconect from our cable bill. These cables will help us do that. Through these we can attach our Apple devices to our tv and stream Amazon prime or downloaded movies, etc. These cables work well and easily store behind the tv when not in use.

This is a great adapter to add to your travel kit. This, and HDMI cable, and your Apple lighting cable and you’re ready to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, or any other app from phone to TV. Staying in a hotel and don’t like what’s on... plug it in and binge watch your favorite shows. (It doesn’t work with Hulu for some reason).

Works great only thing is that certain apps, won’t show on your smart tv, easy fix tho just gotta buy an hdmi cable that has the right hdcp requirements
