A little pricey but worth it.works great would recommend.

After reviewing the items available that could do the ios to HDMI dance I chose the authentic Apple device. Most of the others had limitations based on special app requirements. This one did not. Certainly there were workarounds but the simplicity of plug and play was worth it to me.

You need to hook up your iPhone, iPod or iPad to a projector or tv? This hdmi adaptive is the way to go.... only (unless you use an appletv). It’s highly recommended that you charge while outputting to an external display of any kind or your device battery will drain quick (with max brightness and volume only available when output thought hdmi). Still this is a good way to put your device on a bigger screen quickly. Go get one

Bought to use to watch Fox North television on my phone and then cast tp my television at my cabin up north since my television provider does not offer Fox North in our channel line up they do offer but its is another 15.00 dollars on my satellite bill picture is good and I can watch the Twins Wild and T-Wolves

I bought this to connect my iPhone to Apple CarPlay HDMI and it works flawlessly.

This device is certainly worth the money. Any app uploaded to your phone can be watched on your TV. , Direct TV, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. Connect this device to your phone and then use a cable that connects to the device and your HDMI connection on your tv., just try it.

I feel like for what this does, it’s extremely overpriced. But… I guess that’s Apple for you. The video and sound quality are good, and I was able to stream a digital concert I paid for on my TV, so it did what I needed it to. But I just feel like it’s so overpriced.

Read a lot of reviews describing issues with this not working. Personally think it’s folks who aren’t sure how to use the device. Plug in the HDMI cable AND the lightning cable to power the adapter and it worked like a dream. I’ve not tried to push sound but video works great.

I pretty much use all Apple devices. And this adapter works perfectly for people on the go. No more bringing my streaming devices on vacation. Just this adapter! Not all streaming services work but most of the ones I used do. All I take now is my hdmi, usb cables and my adapter.

Works perfectly, and was a relief to mirror my photos to the TV without dealing with the endless headaches of authorizing Apple TV, which is a thoroughly useless product for mirroring/casting your iPhone to TV.

This little cord saved the day. Wanted to watch a movie in a hotel that did not have a smart TVs. Was able to access our streaming service from our phone a display it on the television with this cord. We use it all the time now!

This product works great and, since it is made by Apple, it works with my iPhone without any trouble. I tried an aftermarket brand and it didn’t work. I just wasted my time. I know Apple is more expensive, but it’s worth it to get a product that works.

I was a little hesitant to spend the money on an Apple brand product because you tend to pay for the name, but in this case it's worth it. We tried several off-brand alternatives, and none of them worked seamlessly. This product does exactly what it's supposed to do and hasn't caused any issues.

works well enough. no problems. The item was chosen for it's compatibility to Apple devices and, sure enough it worked well with my Ipad.

Product is very easy to use...quality is great....

Product does exactly what it says on the packet. It has allowed us to hook our ipad mini up to our flatscreen via an HDMI cable. Managed to stream content directly from on demand apps. Main bonus was it was in time for the rugby world cup. So far no problems with the normal fraying of apple cables. Only time will tell though.

After several tries with wireless, broke down and bought this to stream my iphone with my Samsung TV. This was so simple and so effective. Wish I'd just started with this.

I had tried off brand products for this and did not work. I got this and works perfectly. I just connect it to my kids tablet and then to tv and it’s like having a big monitor for them.
