I purchased the lightning A/V adapter in order to be able to connect my iPad Pro to a television or projector for business demonstration. I have also found it extremely useful from both my iPhone 6s and the iPad for watching movies in my hotel room while traveling.

I have been looking for months for a device to connect my iPad with unlimited streaming to my TV. After many other devises recommended by Best Buy, that didn't work. Finall a young man at Best Buy solved the problen with a Apple Devise. Installed in seconds.

Cable works great. Doesn't lose any of the video quality or picture. And can charge the the device while connected to hdmi cable. Think 50 dollars is a little too much for an adapter but don't have much of an option when you've got apple products and don't like like buying used products online lol.

I didn’t want to spend the money at first. But I figured I could try it and return if not happy with, Boy was I wrong. Simple out the box,not much to it. Connected and enjoyed picture and sound quality. Great for trips and sharing memories and or laughs.

We use the cable so our son can connect his iPad to the TV and use the TV as a monitor during COVID. That way we did not have to buy a computer and he can still study using his iPad when he gets tired of his desk.

Boight this based on another review. Neede it to run an outdoor projector with my iphone. Works as I hoped.

The Apple-lightning digital a/v adapter allows me to watch/review my phone pictures on the big screen. Great opportunity for the family or team to review the pics that have been captured.

This is a handy adapter to have to connect to your iPad or iPhone to your tv to watch content from one of those devices. The big advantage is having the lightening input next to the HDMI input so you can charge your device while watching your content on the TV.

This product will let you watch your iPhone/iPad on your TV using an HDMI cable. Please note that I was not able to watch movies purchased through iTunes, only those that I added myself. It works for anything else on your device like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon videos.

Me and my boyfriend bought this to use when we stay in hotel rooms to watch netflix off of my ipad. works for what we wanted it for!!!! great investment if you travel a lot! i do wish the price wasn’t as steep though

Worked like a charm! Plugged it into the phone, attached the projector’s plug, another cord to the sound system and we were playing music backed slide shows! Too easy!

Needed to buy for business trips where I would need to display the iPad screen on a projector even if they didn't have WiFi. It sucks that I have to carry HDMI and VGA adapters instead of Apple have 1 adapter for both but that's another issue...

Works great and easy too use but a bit over priced

This product works exactly as intended, streaming my phone to my pc has never been easier! My only criticism would be that the price is a bit high, but that tends to be a theme for Apple products.

Great accessory for those movie nights and connect to your tv or your projector. Work perfect small and compact.

Easy to use. Fast hookup. Just plug into a hdmi cable. Then into this device. Then into your iPad, iPhone or iPod. It then mirrors the image on your device. It's that easy. I've had mine for a while now. As long as you wireless internet is up to speed, you won't have any glitches or pauses.

This adapter allows me to plug in my I-phone to my HDMI connection on my smart phone. I can then watch Netflix, vacation movies, or anything on my phone. It also works without using wifi. It is great on the road, hotels, grandkids houses, etc.

Apple knows how to make sure your equipped with everything you need to make sure your devices work alongside other devices easily. This adaptor was helpful when hooking my iPad to the school's television, making for easy transport, an interactive class environment and user friendly interface.
