We purchased this to use with our projector. It's great to hook our phones and iPads to watch movies because we can charge them at the same time.

Using this specifically for my MBAir and MBP and it did not disappoint. Quickly able to use my external display with ease.

This device is WAY Over Priced! But I use this to hook my iPhone to my grandparents' TV to show them pictures or other things from Internet. Much easier on their eyes...before I would try to show them pics or videos of kids and they would smile or nod, now that they can see on a much larger screen, they love our visits. I can even stream a movie on my phone but watch on TV!

Works well and nice that I can charge my iOS device while viewing from it. Only complaint is that it is a bit overpriced for what it does.

This is exactly what I needed to get the job done. I looked online I needed a hug hat hooks for my phone to my television that I bought from Best Buy also and now I can watch YouTube movies and many other things because I have this to plug into my phone and it's my television perfect

Easy to use. A must have for any iPhone user. Only negative, too expensive.

It allowed me to extend the resources built into my iPhone and iPad to a wider screen, namely my tv. Any pictures,movies, as well as other services afforded to me like the History Channel, Netflix, HBO, etc. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lighting cable can be made to have a more snug fit for stability. When I originally began to use it, a slight bump and I would have to reset the cable connection to my iPhone. Other than that, once you've figured that out how it will work best for you where you place your iPhone or iPad then don't move it you'll be fine.

Great product. Trying using Apple TV to stream from phone/ipad constantly loosing connection no matter how good our internet is. This adapter connects directly to tv with no third party and mirrors your phone/Ipad perfectly. Works great love it. Pretty handy for when we travel and want to stream directly to a tv where ever we're at. Highly recommended

I have a friend in the twilight of his years who has an iphone with unlimited data. And he is having issues with internet providers. He is not interested in tech so this hdmi to lightning connector gives him all the access he needs through his iphone via his not-smart-tv. Everybody wins except the internet provider. Yeah!
