This adapter made it sooo easy to project my iPhone screen to the BIG screen! Simply plug-and-play. Don't forget to grab an HDMI cable to connect to your TV.

This was such a great purchase. Love to be able to see my pictures and videos on the tv instead of my phone. Would definitely recommend.

This works pretty good. Some features like FaceTime doesn't work how you would think but still worked out. It does sometimes give you a copyright warning about viewing video on a TV. Not sure how it's different different from playing a DVD on a TV but it always let me do it anyway so it's not really an issue.

Couldn't be any easier to use. Plug in an HDMI cable and plug it into your phone and you've got screen sharing from your iOS device.

This Apple Lightning A/V Adapter works (4-star rating) with my iPhone 7 and iPad (gen 2). I've used it to connect to a 14-yr old Sony XBR and a 10-yr old Vizio TV. Now the reason for my 1-star rating...I purchased an open box (which was in a cabinet under lock and key) in the store and the adapter was not Apple brand. I didn't realize this until connecting it to my phone and TV and kept receiving a QR Scan Code error. I had purchased this adapter before and didn't remember having to scan a code. When I researched this error on the internet there was one article stating that the adapter was from a 3rd party. When I returned to the store, the employee told me that it was an Apple brand. Fortunately there was another open box and when he compared, he still thought it was an Apple brand. It wasn't until I asked to compare that I indicated that the inside of the plug was different. Also, there was no "Made in California" on the back of it like the other one. The employee finally recognized that someone had switched them. Now I'm a more educated consumer when buying Best Buy Open-box items. Make sure to check out the product first before purchasing since it's already been "opened".

By connecting my iPhone via this adapter to my big screen TV, it's great to view pictures and video on my iPhone on the big screen. I am very happy with this purchase.

If you are dealing difficulties connecting, viewing your iPhone / IPad , this is like having an apple TV, with all the advantages.

I know there are other bands of this dongle available but I bought this on sale and prefer a genuine part to use on my genuine Apple products.

Works great with my projector and iPhone. I can also charge my phone while connecting it to my projector.
