    We use this adapter every day we want to watch tv. We hook our device directly up to the tv and voila. Goes from a 10” screen to a 60”.

    Recently purchased. Read a lot of negative reviews, but bought it anyway. Glad I did, so far so good haven't had any problems. Now I can download movies onto my Ipad and can watch movies when I travel at hotels without having to worry about wifi connection.

    I do presentations all of the time with an app called vablet, and to put this on a screen, I carry this adapter and a long HDMI cable.

    It’s worth it if you don’t want to fork out for the Apple TV box. I would suggest when you want to watch Netflix, that you start the app, find the show/movie, press play, then plug it into your iPhone/iPad. If you are using it for Apple TV plus, find what you want to watch, then wait until preview and recap is finished then plug in, otherwise it will say this content is not available. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still rated 5 stars because it is much cheaper than Apple TV box.

    Adapter is used to connect I-Pad to any HDMI outlet on a TV for viewing I-Pad content on TV without having Apple Play.

    I love this for streaming Netflix to my big screen tv. Plug it in to your iPad and link a hdmi to your tv. Someday Comcast will modernize and allow that too
