It turned on and less than hour later the screen turned black and died. Took it for repair and the reinstalled OS and it did not work. And after couple restarts it died again and won’t reinstall MacOS It was deductive with reinstalled Apple SSD with corrupted files on the Mac before I got it. The code is in the cable to auto ruin the device

I have been through four months of problems with this computer, and Apple can’t fix it and they won’t honor the warranty. I’ve got video evidence of this. This may be a $600 lawsuit plus court costs for Apple

not for gaming , good computer tho pretty good price

Mac’s have really fallen off. Just a pile of crap. Bad design. Bad performance. Not user friendly like they used to be. Just overpriced garbage.

The Mac Mini that I purchased was defective. The power light only can on for about 3 seconds and then went off and never came back on.when I plugged it in. I live about 80 miles from the closest store so had to make an extra long trip to return. it.

hijacke by apples corporate scheme to charge 10x the price of equivalent storage/memory. and whats with that power button placement?

this is a very bang-for-buck unit that runs quietly and quickly. does what is needed.

Not ready to sell by the store, mini Mac came with previous customer password and could not get to try the product.

I didn't buy mine through Best Buy due to getting the education discount through Apple (otherwise, I buy pretty much everything through Best Buy.) I replaced a 2017 27" Intel iMac, and good grief, this thing flies in comparison. I've got an M1 MacBook Air and an M1 Mac Studio on my desk at work as well and this Mini is simply the fastest computer I've ever owned, even at its base spec. (My advice, unless you are a hardcore 3D renderer or After Effects artist, the base model is fantastic. And allows an upgrade path in a few years as specs inevitably improve. It's a bit too easy to double the cost in these units with only marginal returns. Just my personal opinion, but if I get to a point where it makes financial sense to upgrade, I'll save the money now and just upgrade later. But at these speeds, it's hard to see myself doing that.) I really struggled whether to go M4 iMac or this Mini, and I have zero regrets about this upgrade. It allowed me to move to a 34" curved Dell monitor and I just love it all. The only problem I have is that the Mini is fast enough to really see huge benefits from using external SSD vs. external HDD. So I'm going to end up dropping some $$ down the road upgrading my external storage solutions to all SSD except my Time Machine backups.

This M4 chip and lil mini computer is super powerful and quiet. Dont get one get two !!!! Yes you u gotta buy all ur peripheral but this computer is a beast. Again, blazing fast plenty of ports and everything is top notch

So silent and powerful compared to any other mini pcs with the same specs

This is one of the best super compact computers released in years. I am very happy that Apple finally caved and upped the system RAM on this edition, because the M4 SoC wouldn't have been done justice had it been paired up with 8gb of ram again. Although the 256gb SSD is incredibly annoying (size wise), it gets the job done for installing app, at least. If Apple ever ups the base amount at the same price point then it will become the undisputed best computer for $499/599 in the Apple ecosystem. Progress has been made, now the storage side needs up to par. It's still $60-100 for a good TB4 external enclosure, plus the cost of extra SSD stick. The 5 ports finally being standard is the second best change this time around. And let's not understate a very welcomed addition - High-Impendance supported headphone jack. I tested with 300 ohm headphones, and plenty of volume was provided. These are the little things that I do appreciate and use reguarly. Overall, this is the best Mac Mini ever released.

The Apple-Mac mini desktop gives a lot of pop and saves me space in my office. It was time for me to update my desktop computer and Apple was the way to go. It is very powerful and saves me time when going thru email and searching online.

Bro and Sis! This rig is a hands down designer and creativity Lord of the market for the price. If you can snatch, I'd higher recommended.

I got it as a gift for my brother, and he loves it so far. Runs well, a legit computer for daily use. He runs steam on it and it feels just like a normal PC.

Great product, simple to set up and use. Great compatibility with other devices.
