Love my Mac Mini. This was a Black Fri order online, for delivery, and due to value of item I'm glad a signature was required and I was able to pick delivery date and time. I would have given it 5 stars, but it had minor design issues I wish I could change. But they are all livable, I still like it. Wish it had at least one or more USB A ports than C ports for external flash drives and extensions so you don't have to buy another hub with USB A's. The power on button is on the bottom, which is an odd place, wish it could have been on top. It was an easy set up and compact size.

Others have said it, and I will echo most other reviewers. As a Mac (Apple) user since 1982, this is one of my favorite Macs of all. It is one of the best values, even at the base model. Some complain the 255GB isn’t enough but iCloud storage solves that issue, or an inexpensive external SSD. With the 16GB of RAM standard, combined with all specs, it is indeed one of the best Macs for most non-power user. And, with the M4 (and Pro version), the Mini encroaches into professional territory also. Love everything about it. Specs, size, and price.

The Mac mini M4 delivers excellent performance and efficiency in a tiny desktop package, easily handling everyday tasks and multitasking with smooth responsiveness. Its compact, modern design and low power draw make it ideal for home offices, study setups, or as a media server.

The size is the best feature; I can fit it everywhere. A Mac always delivers in performance; it doesn't lag and it's lightning fast. I haven't had any problems with it since I bought it.

I love my little Mac Mini. I bought it mainly for email that I don't know what it is. I had an email take out my PC and Apple can't get viruses. But it is totally fast! And so compact. I was able to boost it to 1tb with the addition of an external hard drive that is the same exact size and mounts to the bottom of it. It also gives me 2 aditional USB plug ins. If you want a fast, awesome, compact computer, you need a Mac Mini. Highly recommend it.

Extremely fast. Quiet. Small size. Wish internal storage wasn't so expensive.

This is quite possibly one of the best tech purchases of the decade. If you already have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse the pricing on this is unbelievable to a younger me. OSX is amazing on the M platform, and 16GB of RAM base is sufficient for most home users. While the 256GB seems low, with all of the cloud storage providers I don't see filling up the storage quickly here.

I switched from an iMac 2017 Pro 27-inch to this Mac mini with a TV as a screen, and it has been working beautifully for me. I thought I would have issues switching from the iMac to the Mac mini, but this switch has been flawless thus far, and a bonus is how quiet it is, at least for me, not that the iMac was super loud.

Everthing about mac mini m4 is perfect. Its size, its effciency, its power. it runs all my works without slowing down. Defintively 5 stars.

Small, quiet, and breezes through every task. Apple is greedy on storage, but easily addressed with inexpensive, 3rd party, solutions.

bye Windows. Pre-windows-95 user, but forced replacement of perfectly good windows 10 computer caused the switch. still getting used to mac, but excellent price, great performance, and zero noise (thats the biggest change to my office setup)

Having been a PC user for my whole life, i decided to pick up this Mac Mini and i couldnt be happier. I do have both iPhone ans iPad so I came into the mini with an intact Apple account that synced everything in minutes. Very little setup was required and it was a very easy first day. The bluetooth mouse and keyboard i use was recognized by the mini during initial setup whovh was also nice, since this device only has USB-C ports, and my logitech keyboard and mouse are USB-A if i need to plug in the dongle. Again, very nice. Overall MacOS is visually very similar to iOS now, so the learning curve wasn’t too bad, although im doing very basic tasks like organizing photos, file management, and web browsing. Having took this step and got over the fear of something new, my next purchase will be a Macbook to replace my Windows laptop when the time comes.

Great computer. Well priced and easy to set up. Got a second one for my kid/wife as I have one for my work. Again just Apple making things simple and that’s all I need. Didn’t need to build a super gaming computer or anything like that.

I got this over the thanks giving/christmas period to see how I would like it while I had a longer return period and determine whether I wanted to switch to mac from windows. It's now my daily driver, if you have anything else from apple, especially an ipad or an iphone, it is just so seamless. You can use your ipad as another screen and project your phone which helps me to not get sucked into it as easily and actually focus on what I'm doing. It runs great and I haven't noticed any buffering or lagging despite the size, it really seems to pack a punch especially for how tiny it is.

It functions wonderfully. If you’re familiar with Apple products already, this pc makes it easy to take the step from laptops into the pc world. Plus, plenty of affordable external accessories for additional storage specifically for the Mac mini.

Admittedly I am NOT an Apple ‘fan-boy’, or ‘fan-person’ as you will, nor am I into the whole ‘Apple ecosystem’, BUT this is probably the best value in desktop computers right now, especially if you can find it on sale. I’ve paired mine up with 2 existing 4K monitors and an external dock with 4TB of M.2 SSD additional storage, as 256GB internal was not enough for my use, BUT was a MUCH more economical way to expand the storage. The unit itself is of the typically excellent Apple quality, and now paired with the great M4 processor and 16gb of RAM and perfectly capable integrated graphics. For 90-95% of people, this is probably all the desktop you may need, as long as you are not looking for a high-end ‘gaming system’. This will perfectly accomplish everyday computer needs and includes Apple’s very competent office software, and will run most people’s basic video and/or music editing software needs. In my profession I need to use all the major computer platforms (PC, Apple, Android, and Linux), and this is by far the best valued system I have ever purchased, and that’s saying a lot coming from Apple. If you are not used to the MacOS system, don’t be worried as Apple baby-walks you through the system, and of course it all works seamlessly (for the most part) with all their other Apple products. The only ding I give it is that the power button couldn’t have been in a more inconvenient place if you would have to call Apple support to turn it on for you. If you are looking for an affordable desktop computer that doesn’t need to play the next 10 generations of games at 8K, this is an excellent option, if not the best. Best Buy was helpful as always and met a tropical forest competitor’s sales price. Very happy with the purchase, and with BB.

Perfect for AI workloads, serving as a widdle secondary computer to enhance your setup. I have mine doing WORK BWOI. If you can snag at 600, don't even think about it. Grab it. Alternatively, if you want to dip your toes into Apple, this is also good for that.

First time Mac user. I do a lot of digital crafting and this Mac Mini is perfect! Super fast with a lot of storage! I’ve always been a pc girl, but within my crafting community, they ask suggested a move. I love it! All of my programs run smoothly and super fast! I love the amount of storage it has too! I did have to purchase a separate dock since it only has one usb spot and I used that for my wireless keyboard and mouse but other than that, I can’t complain!

Can handle quite a bit. It’s not perfect yet it performs better than my older 2020 MacBook Pro which I spent 3k on. Shop around use price match micro center. This mac mini is shockingly fast on day to day task and can handle multi core loads with moderation. Invest in a Thunderbolt external hard drive! It will be worth it. Using with a Samsung 55” OLED DISPLAY @ 4K 120hz runs smooth.
