Decent - would be nice to have 512GB storage be standard.

I really like this Mac mini I already had a nice monitor and mouse and keyboard. Only con I have is the power button location it’s on the bottom.

I bought this to use as my basic computer and to do some light video editing. I like the video editing but Safari is terrible and using another browser is a pain. Maybe I'm spoiled by Linux Mint but this computer is a pain to operate with any of the software that is supposedly compatible. Most of the Apple software appears to be ok but Safari locks up almost every time I use it. Sometimes I can just restart Safari but several times I have had to re-boot the computer.

Excellent product: I met my expectations Good value for money.

M4 when doing high CPU apps the fan comes on, not noisy but noticible.

I’ve owned a lot of Apple products, but this Mac has pushed me to the edge. I’ve spent hours talking to Apple Support, explaining the same issues over and over, and every time I get bounced around with no real solution. Instead of actually fixing the problem, they dodge questions, give generic “try restarting it” advice, and act like the issue doesn’t exist. For the price of a Mac, I expected competence. Instead, I got endless troubleshooting loops, no accountability, and a device that still doesn’t work right. Absolutely disappointing. I regret buying this and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until Apple starts taking their support seriously.

It lacks ports and doesnt connect to stuff easliy like with devices

I bought one of these 17 days ago. I’ve been having random issues with it losing signal with my monitor, today, the 17th day it’s decided to not display anything on any monitor, with any connection. Already having to schedule a Genius Bar appointment is very disappointing.

If it want for the sale I would have not picked it up.

I put my pw in and it was I guess wrong or something and it locked me out and currently waiting for apple to allow me in to change phone.

Mac OS system is buddy although the hardware is ok. There are better options for the same money

Returned item 4 times for GS help with set up. Finally returned to trade for Dell computer

Don't buy from BestBuy as their return window is only 15 days. I spent the first 15 days trying to get my Dell monitor to work with this computer. Not the Mac minis fault but after trialing 3 different configurations and then losing my access to the internet for two days, I was out of time to return it. I live in an Amazon world where I have 30 days.

It turned on and less than hour later the screen turned black and died. Took it for repair and the reinstalled OS and it did not work. And after couple restarts it died again and won’t reinstall MacOS It was deductive with reinstalled Apple SSD with corrupted files on the Mac before I got it. The code is in the cable to auto ruin the device

I have been through four months of problems with this computer, and Apple can’t fix it and they won’t honor the warranty. I’ve got video evidence of this. This may be a $600 lawsuit plus court costs for Apple
