Good starter Mac for the everyday thing. Mac products are good

Everything I wanted in a computer in a small package. The mini was easy to install. Like having the compatibility with my iPad and iPhone at a very reasonable price.

This is a great space saver, as well as an excellent product.

Wanted a small desktop for my office for just email and web-browsing. The Apple Mac Mini works great for that. Since I already had the keyboard, mouse, and monitor, the Mini was very cost-effective for my needs.

We are using it to run media in our church. No failures so far!

First time Mac owner and love the Mac mini. Great for home use!

As a first time Mac user we found it difficult to navigate through. It is not very intuitive. It has gotten better now that we have learned its ins and outs. Have had the problem twice, where it cannot wake up from sleep mode. Read that this is a common bug with the Mac mini.

What can I say I'm an Apple guy. I use an IMac as my main computer and love it. This Mac mini was purchased for nothing other than a media server and so far has worked great. It does everything my Apple TV does and then some.

great computer to hook up to an hdtv. small and reliable.

Eh. That about sums it up. I went into Best Buy specifically to buy a pc. Not a Mac. I have always wanted an Mac but not the upfront cost of one. I knew the pc I wanted and had researched it. The salesman asked me questions etc, and asked if I had considered a Mac. So we went and looked and we of course looked at the higher end ones which I fell in love with. He showed me the mini which is exactly the same etc without the bells and whistles. I commented on the lack of RAM and only 4 GB and was told its like comparing Apples to Oranges. So I bought it. I like everything about Mac even learning the way everything is opposite to windows. The problem is it has no power. It's like going back several years in speed. If your wanting an upgrade to a pc this is not it. This is as good as a first time pc. Gets you where need to go. It's like driving on I-70 vs. the Autobahn. Pretty to look at, awesome space saver.

This computer is so slow. My 14 year old PC Desktop runs about the same. Takes about 15-30 seconds to open each program. And these are the standard programs that come with a Mac (Notes, Safari, etc). Maybe I'm too used to iPads, iPhones, and my Mac Book Pro which opens apps and programs instantly. But this thing is slow! Also, I purchased it in summer of 2017, but when you open the about this Mac it says it was built in 2014. Had no idea I was buying a 3 year old computer. I would return it if I could but I didn't open it until I was past my 14 days.
