My 10 year old loves the Apple TV as a replacement for cable. She enjoys playing games and watching YouTube a lot. It does get hung up every once in a while and requires unplugging to reset it. I personally do not like the remote. It is so small and smooth it easily slides in between the couch cushions & gets lost.

Got the mac mini for my parents, does everything that they need it to do, when they need it to do it. No annoying viruses or pop ups that drive older people crazy! Another great apple product

I needed a small form factor machine with multiple video outputs that would be reliable and quiet. This machine has enough processing power to run the programs necessary and it comes at a good price.

Love this Mac mini, runs great easy to set up and start using. Had a windows pc prior and the mini Mac out performs. The ability to interface with all our other Apple products is great!

I HAD PURCHASED AN HP AND HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH VIRUSES, I TOOK IT BACK, LOOKED FOR ANOTHER, i again looked at a Mac, to expensive. I spoke with a salesman and told him I need a computer that will not give the trouble like the HP did, He suggested the Mac Mini which fit my budget, I love it so far!

My daughter has been using a Mac product at home and work for several years. Finally after much frustration with my Windows product I picked up the Mac Mini at Best Buy (they helped pick the right one for my use). I had an extra TV that I'm using for a monitor. Couldn't be more pleased with my new system!

HUGE advantage to have all Apple devices compatible!! Very helpful to be able to transfer, communicate with other iPhones, iPads for face time and pictures. Great size and plugins very accessible.

Bought this because I take college classes online and some tests are proctored. I hooked this up to my TV and decided to try using the Comcast online guide. This has basically replaced my cable box, since I can use it as one and can use all of my streaming services as well.

I like to multi task and have multiple windows and applications running. Figured an i5 would handle it but doesn't even come close. I still ended up keeping it. I just need to be patient

This is the entry level Mac. It's not a workhorse but will surf the web, create docs and view photos just fine. Sometimes gets the spinwheel when several apps are open but overall very satisfied. Looks great on 55" TV in family room.

I like the form factor. This computer would benefit from an SSD as boot times are longer than I would like. But for the same money as an iPad I get a full computer running OS X and I can connect to a large monitor. The sound out of the speaker in the mini is remarkable given the size. The setup wizard was disappointing as I purchased a (wireless) magic mouse and the mouse would not pair with the mini during the setup wizard. I luckily had an old USB mouse that worked in the setup wizard. Once I finished the wizard and was up I was able to pair the magic mouse. But I can imagine the experience would be frustrating for a beginner. So start with both a USB keyboard and USB mouse plugged in. It is disappointing that Apple does not include a keyboard and mouse with the mini but I guess this is how to keep the cost down.

Love my Mac mini, I must first say. I am a web development student and we use a lot of adobe programs for our classes. My very old windows computer couldn't handle the adobe monster. Mac mini is a powerhouse. I downloaded a ton of adobe programs and It works effortlessly. I use a I-MAC in school, so I was used to the MAC OS. I see no really big difference between the I-mac at school that I use everyday and the mac mini that I use at home. OK, I-Macs are beautiful that's it...

this compact mac mini is the perfect addition to your desk, the quality is very nice as expected from apple products, powerfull computer and not as bulky as a pc desktop

Looking to get into a Mac but don’t want to drop $1200 for an iMac? Mac Mini is for you. It’s small, it’s powerful. The only downside? The new model can’t be upgraded with new ram or SSD. Still great little computer, here’s hoping Apple continues to update them.

Had an iPhone, iPad and an Apple Watch & love them all. Wanted to try the Mac Mini before I invested in a MacBook. Love my Mac and the integration between devices. Have it connected to my TV & receiver & the sound is awesome! Great entry level Mac for the money!

The Mac Mini has been my computer of choice for over a decade because of the relatively low susceptibility to viruses and hacking by comparison to other operating systems. I have had few issues with software compatibility, thanks to Apple's efforts top adapt.

If you looking for something small and clean then go with a Mac mini Hides perfectly behind the TV just don’t forget to buy a Wireless keyboard and mouse

I found what I expected when buying a mac : simple, sturdy, compact. Stiîll, mini mac is slower than I thought and would greatly benefit from a couple extra ports.
