I love apple products anyway, but I was trying to upgrade my mother from a PC to a Mac, since she already has iPhone and iPad and also an Apple Watch. Now everything is synced and works flawlessly together. This machine is just for basic use, like internet, email and word processing. Not for anything that requires speed.

I have not bought any additional software yet. I have used the mail, browser, word processing, spreadsheet, photo and music software so far and am very pleased with them. There are lots more included that I haven't tried yet. There are enough ports that I was able to connect all my devices without needing a USB hub. I consider the Mac Mini a great value.

I was able to get a great deal on an open box brand new item and I love it. Love everything about apple.

I was unaware that this computer existed until recently. When I found out about it, I bought one and I am very pleased. It is a fine alternative to the usual desktop tower, since it takes up very little space, and is attractively designed, like all Apple products. It also has excellent performance, and is suitable for all normal home uses.

I bought this computer for my dad that is not very computer literate. It is probably the easiest one that he has had in forever. The features stay the same so I don't have to learn something new every time there is an upgrade.

This item is working just for I need it for and the the guidance that I received from the sales representative was excellent.

We purchased the Mac mini and hooked it up to 55" TV in the living room and the whole family uses it

I was expecting there would be more and better apps available on the App Store. The apps that are installed perform quite well. This is a great value machine and easy to learn. It performs as expected for speed, stability, web browsing, and streaming tv and movies. I have mine connected to my 55" 4K tv. Very satisfied overall.

I am so impressed with Apple products that it would take great convincing for me to ever try another brand when it comes to home pc's.

This my second Mac mini, I run FCPX & others great. My first Mac mini I was able to upgrade the RAM & HDD, this model the RAM is welded into the motherboard with a shield covering it. That is the only downside, can't upgrade your RAM, other than that my other Mac mini lasted me 7years & I'm gonna bring it back to life somehow.

Needed something for my kids that would be virus free. This computer is a good basic addition if you have the monitor and a mac key board.

I love all Apple products so I'm always ready to try the new ones. Enjoy watching tv without cable. Lots of programs to choose from

This little guy is considered to be “slower” than his newer brothers and sisters but I’ve been using this for making music, mixing AND mastering music for almost 3 years now and I’ve had no problems. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get a great computer but also save some dough.
