This was a replacement for a 5-6 year old mini that lost a hard drive. It works well and it has good speed and storage. However, anything that can be pulled off and sold separately (CD Drive) has been pulled off and sold separately.

I purchased this computer for my father. He has used Windows his entire life and was hesitant to switch over. After using this product, he says he will never go back to Windows. Also, customer support is amazing and will always result in speaking with someone in America with no foreign accent.

Bought an open box unit thinking it was a new one that was never used. Once I hooked everything up and turned the computer on the wondering file folder with a flashing question mark appeared on my screen. Called and complained and the sent me a different open box unit that works great.

It does what I needed to do but nothing special. I would recommend.

I bought this to connect to my home theater receiver and act as Central device with home sharing for all music and videos. I leave iTunes running on this and able to access on any apple device. also a great alternative carrying laptop around the home and just use this instead.

My son has had it for over two months, and happy with speed and performance. We have some issues though connecting to display via HDMI cable, which was only solved by changing HD resolution to lower ones.

Since I already have a monitor and keyboard/mouse, and have an iPad for mobile use, I didn't need a laptop. The current Mac Mini runs the newest MacOS version. The 500 gig hard drive is more than I need. Best Buy made it easy to buy; it arrived in time, well packed.

Was always a windows user but have always had a apple phone. Love my phone so i did some research and the thing that sold me was they are less app to get viruses and malware so i took the leap. so far so good still a rookie at using it's full potential.

I mainly use this to stream live TV and it gets the job done well. I bought this instead of another apple TV because it also serves as a regular computer and I need to catch-up on work from home. Working on spreadsheets on a 65" tv is so much better than a laptop!

Just about everyone says the Apple is easier to use- not I.

I've owned two Mac Minis in the past and this one is even better performance and price. I have it hooked to a 40" Samsung 4K TV, allowing simultaneous viewing on 6 webpages. I was able to do my tax return without printing out any 1099's, etc; it was just copy and paste.

After fighting with windows 10 and Microsoft edge on 3 new computers I swore if another one of them crashed I was going to Apple, so glad I finally did. Absolutely no problems with this product, a lot of the features are so much easier to use on safari.

I love this Mac! its like having a MacBook Pro but half the cost. I love the speed and program flow with ease. I have always loved apple products and will continue to purchase only apple products

Decent for an entry level Mac. Doesn't always work well with peripherals. I still have a little trouble with it recognizing monitors. You basically have to turn it off and back on again. It's not. Very quick but I'm not doing and heavy computing with it.

This Mac Mini is still a well rounded desktop that can give you a great start to the MacOS evironment. However, I would recommend changing out the hard drive with a solid state drive for faster boot speeds, and better application runtime.

Mauricio was such a helping me decide to purchase the mini. Then I received and email saying I had a free Geek Squad time to get my Mini set up and to make an appt. When I arrived at the sceduled time, they said it would be $40. Not exactly free.

This is good overall, but a little bit slower then I expected. However, for the price it does everything I expected the base model to do. If I bought the next model up I'm sure it would be faster.

My first computer was a 16K Apple II in 1980. I have always used Apple products. The mini Mac offers all the features of a tower or desk top with flexibility. Geek Squad set it up for me as well.

Had one of these from 2010, saw a price-match opportunity and picked up the newer model for $398.00. Much faster than my older model, but does not have a slot for DVD'CD. Everything is downloaded online now, so no biggie
