Its fast, its easy to use, even for a Windows person and best of all its affordable. Great option if you arent doing a ton of artsy stuff. If you are you need a mac book pro or better. Very happy with this computer. Its a perfect for me.

The MacBook is just what we wanted, lite and easy to carry around.Works very fast, nice small sise.After years of handle downs from our collage age kids it's nice to have one that we can play with without all kinds of other stuff on it.

I'm a college student and I travel a lot. I need something that was light and a battery that would last. Getting this Mac Air was the best decision. Its so light I cant even tell it's in my bag, battery awesome and it's easy to use.

Bought this for my daughter to edit YouTube videos with and it is amazing. Smaller size is perfect for a student but with plenty of power for graphic programs. The battery lasts a long time and it is very lightweight and compact.

I bought this computer for my small business after buying two for my children who are in college. I like the Apple platform and this machine has worked flawlessly for me. My daughter has had hers for 4 years now and never had a problem. All three of our machines have worked well for us without any problems. I would buy this computer again.

I wanted to experience an Apple product and my husband purchased a MacBook Air for me. I am used to using PC products until now. The MacBook is much faster than the PC and no Blue Screen of Death. It seems very safe (my husband is a techie) and I have been reassured that it is. It is also very self explanatory and gives you a guide to your product right from the beginning. I love the App/Istore and everything that it has to offer. My OS is El Capitan and so far, seems to be very reliable. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a portable and reliable pad, laptop or book, etc.

I had my MacBook Pro for 8 years & it's still running, but I needed a smaller, lighter, faster version & this one is PERFECT! So easy to take on the road everyday. LOVE it!

This is a marvelous laptop in most respects. It's only major shortfall is the screen which is not Retina. I swore I would never buy another computer without a Retina display but was thoroughly disappointed with the MacBook Pros recently introduced by Apple. They do have a Retina display but have only a limited number of USB-C ports which leads to many dongles to replace all the missing ports. The keyboard on this MacBook Air is quite good compared to the one on the current Pro but not as good as the 6-year old MacBook Pro that I had been using. In fact, the only reason I replaced that computer was because I was afraid that it was going to fail any time and didn't want to be left with a useless machine. The processor on this MacBook Air is decent but nothing to write home about. It's plenty fast enough for the routine tasks for which I need a computer but probably not for gaming or video editing, neither of which do I do. I'm giving it 4 stars because I consider it the best option right now for an Apple laptop, not because it's a nearly perfect machine. I wouldn't touch the Pro line until they put back some legacy ports or all peripherals convert to USB-C. Apple is pushing the envelope too far for me!

I replaced my 4.5 year old PC with a Mac this year and was a little nervous to leave the PC world. I've had some experience with Macs, hubby has one and we have iPads and iPhones, but I still wasn't sure how long it would take me to get used to it, especially since I do a lot of administrative stuff in MS Office. Well, because of Office 365, I can still use my office products instead of the Mac programs, and overall the change from PC to Mac wasn't hard at all! It's super intuitive and I caught on really quick. It's also nice to open a link on my phone and then be able to have it open on my computer as well! Overall, I'm glad I finally let hubby talk me into going to Mac! This computer works great, has excellent battery life, and just WORKS! Love it!

Super slim and light, great performance, charges super fast. Pricey (hence the 4 stars) but expect will serve me well for many years. Not a power user and has more then enough speed and capacity for my needs. Replacing an older Sony laptop and so far very pleased. Already have an I phone and I pad so relatively easy to pick up the differences from a PC. Maybe an issue with Safari where it won't always open a web page on the first attempt.

If you can set up your iPhone, you can get this laptop up & running in no time. It's very light & portable, I only wish it had a touchscreen. Battery life seems fairly decent at this point (I've only had it for about 2 months). It's so light & thin, I'm almost afraid of how well it will hold up, but I refuse to buy a protective cover for a laptop. Bottom line is if you are not too tech savvy like me, you really can't go wrong w/ the MacBook.

I love how light weight the MacBook Air is. It is super easy to use - slight learning curve, but really efficient once you learn the commands. The battery life is awesome and I use my computer pretty frequently.

Solid build quality, very light, fast processor, long battery life, runs very cool, no heat generated even during extended use in streaming movies. Solid State drive gives extremely fast startups and silent operation.

Light weight and easy to carry. I like the slim design and yet better quality of storage, processing and display when compared to the older model that I have now.

I love my MacBook Air and that's coming from someone who isn't an apple product user on a regular basis besides using my laptop. It is fast and I have enough storage for everything. It is also pretty durable.

This was an upgrade from my Macbook Air which I bought in 2011. I LOVE IT!!! First, in 2011 I was hesitant to switching to Mac, but it turned out to be simple. Of course, at the beginning it took some adjustment, but there are so many help forums and articles online that made it really easy. It was the best decision ever!!! And this new model is just perfect! What I like most is that it is still very light and thin and it won't hurt my back when I carry it in my purse. Setting it up was also extremely easy, I just used the backup from my older model and connected it to the new one, within about 1 hour it was completely set up and ready to work as if nothing had happened, with no hassle at all.
