Q: Is this the latest version?
A: I just googled and found a Wiki page and it looks like it's the 2nd newest? Looks like this model was ~2016.

A: Nope...it has 2. One on each side. It's the iPads that have no USBs
Q: Do I have to pick up an online purchase at a Best Buy Store or can it just be sent to my address?
A: In most cases, you can have it shipped to your home.
A: Keep watching the site...we got an unbelievable price on our Air. The sale wasn't even advertised. We ordered online and had it shipped to the house. The sale lasted only about a day and a half. It pays to keep stalking the site!
A: Standard Hard Drives are mechanical. They are most often much slower than SSD drives. The only down side to an SSD drive is price. They are more expensive but with it! Go for it.
Q: can $100 student discount apply if I want to buy this model?
A: I believe it is $125 on the new 2017 model.
A: If you purchase at the store, the name on the credit card will appear on the receipt when you swipe the card (your name) and your dad's name will not appear. If you purchase online, they will require two names. The name of the billing address and shipping address. The billing address should be you since you're paying for it and the shipping address can be anyone. But if you're asking for a way to show your dad paying for it on the receipt or invoice. There's really no way especially since you are paying by credit card, the name on the credit card will show up automatically.
