    Great lap top. Good customer service. There were some challenges with the transfer of content from my old MacBook to the new, but overall it was a good experience.

    I traded-in the 2-year old M2 version that had some well-known bug that caused frequent rebooting. Worth it for $450. Beware: unless you wipe your old machine in advance, transferring data to a storage device, you can't really trade-in. BB will issue a gift card. It took four BB agents to figure a work-around for me (BIG THANKS to them), but I wouldn't count on it.
