The new MacBook Air with the M4 chip is incredibly impressive. Performance is lightning-fast—apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and even heavier tasks like photo editing and light video work run without lag. Despite the power, the laptop stays cool and completely silent thanks to the fanless design. Battery life is another standout—I can easily get a full day (12–15 hours) on a single charge, which makes it great for school, work, or travel. The Retina display is bright and sharp, and paired with the slim, lightweight design, it’s the perfect balance of portability and performance. If you’re looking for a laptop for productivity, media, and even some creative work, the MacBook Air M4 is an excellent choice. It’s not built for heavy gaming or very intensive workloads, but for 90% of users it’s more than enough.

Came in a huge box with no packing paper, peanuts, bubble wrap, not anything... It was damaged upon receipt, and my local store denied the return because I didn't open the box in the store. They told me I'd have to take it up with Apple! I had to be a "Karen" and demand a manager for 40 minutes before i was able to get an exchange. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY! I will never buy another Apple product from BestBuy, heck, I wouldn't buy a Snickers bar if it were .50 cents at their store after this aweful experience.

Not a big fan of Apple products. Bought the Apple Air for my daughter. Apple certainly has established brand recognition.

Honestly, I had it for a couple months and had a crash im not sure what happened but apple claimed it was water damage and best buy couldn’t help me either. Wouldn’t really recommend apple laptops anymore. Before the crash it was a really nice cute laptop to own.

I'm used to a chromebook so I was not ready for a Mac. The salesman convinced us to buy it. I still prefer the chromebook and have configured the Mac to basically to a cb.

Good quality, I wished the charger came eith usbC and not the magnetic one

Ordered an Excellent rated machine and the asset came with the wrong power supply for the model and scuff marks. I reached out to customer service several times and the options were to drive 1.5 hours away or send the laptop back. The options with customer service are more limited than buying a new product so I'd caution someone from buying an open box item.

I am sure it will be 5 stars but as it’s for Christmas it has yet to be opened!!

Product good Marketplace that best buy sent my order through too not good

Realized after having my iPad Pro gen1 prior that I really needed the new iPad Pro M4 for the touch screen so I returned it without using. If I feel the Magic Keyboard will be useful then I’ll get it.

I have to order online as I live several hours from a store. I had numerous problems placing the order and had to do three chats and one phone call to resolve the problems. These included being overcharged and the shipping destination being wrong. These problems took at least 4 hours of my time to resolve, with no compensation. The laptop arrived turned on in its box, and with no protective packing inside the shipping box. I learned from this experience that I will order directly from Apple next time. They are more efficient and helpful than Best Buy, and do their best to resolve issues in a timely fashion.

The features are not what ive come to expevt from apple. But my daughter uses it for school so it’s helpful in that regard.

Worst experience I have ever had. Came in empty box had very hard time with customer service to get first replacement. Then denied then refund then denied. Took weeks and hours and hours on phone. Never been lied to so many times. Had to open case with FedEx because Best Buy never contacted them. Opened the empty box in front of FedEx because they told me it was empty before handing it to me.

Had to wait for staff help.Store was way under-staffed.When help arrived he was very fast and extremely helpful

Two Weeks ago, I purchased a MacBook from Best Buy for two day delivery. FedEx left the computer outside of my house in the city without a signature. I reported the issue immediately. I’ve been being told when I call (every day for two weeks)that my refund will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. I’m very disappointed in how Best Buy is handling this I understand there’s due process however this issue is between Best Buy and FedEx not their customer who spent $800 dollars 2 weeks ago on a computer that he does not have.
