Quality sub-par. Screen has had missing pixels since day one.

• However, it was sold as excellent condition, the original box is missing. Therefore, it mismatch the description of “Excellent”! - The MagSafe cable is mismatched — the laptop is pearl white, but the cable is black, so it’s clearly not the original accessory. - Also, I checked the Apple warranty and it expires on May 18, 2026, which means I lost about 4 months of coverage.

Y’all need to switch delivery company’s cause they stealing stuff

It was what the Apple Store called a "bad apple". The tech guy said that he'd only seen it one other time in his seven years working for Apple. Best Buy exchanged it without any problems.

It wasn’t the product. It was your manager at a certain site who was bashing your customer service offshore representatives. He didn’t even look to see how long I was a member definitely left a bad taste, and would make me think twice about purchasing anything else at the store totally dissatisfied

Someone else has an Apple account on it even though it was supposed to be new would like to return it for a different one if possible.

I've owned many apple products and typically they are renewed products but I splurged and bought brand new! I am so satisfied and happy with my purchase. It is a great size for 13 inches. I came from using an 11.6 inch MacBook air and this is nice. New updates, great battery life. It is the ideal size and weight for me to carry to work and home! I love the user friendly accessibility along with the mirror functions it has if and iPhone user. I like that I can put my phone away and still be contacted if needed via my laptop. I highly recommend this product for students or work professionals. Such a great price when on sale! for $800. Highly Recommend and affordable

Terrible. They froze multiple times, it would not respond unless I double clicked, was slow and lagged. This was the second one I bought and returned. I bought two 2025 through Best Buy, and one 2024 from Amazon and they were all awful. I ended up getting my old one fixed as it never gave me these issues. When my old one goes, I am not going to buy an apple as it malfunctions from the get go and it is NOT worth the money.Apple has really gone downhill!

The computer may be great, but the delivery service is not flexible. They returned the item to the store and the order was canceled. I had to reorder the item for in store pick up. BEST BUY, PLEASE GET A BETTER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!
