Great laptop, super fast, and good build quality..

A great upgrade from my 8gb ram M1. Only issue I have from time to time is the Touch ID not working. Other than that it’s been awesome.

I’ve used a lot of laptops over the years for both work and everyday stuff, and this MacBook Air with the M4 chip honestly surprised me in the best way. It feels like one of those rare upgrades where everything is just smoother without you having to think about it. Right away, the weight stands out. It’s incredibly light and thin, but it doesn’t feel fragile or cheap. The aluminum build is solid and clean, the kind of design that still looks professional whether you’re at a coffee shop or in a meeting. Throwing it in a bag feels like carrying a notebook instead of a computer. Performance is where it really shines. The Apple Inc. M4 chip is ridiculously fast for something this slim. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and even heavier tasks like photo editing or having a ton of browser tabs open don’t slow it down. It runs cool and quiet too — no loud fans spinning up all the time, which makes working on it feel calm and distraction-free. Battery life has been excellent. I can easily get through a full day without thinking about charging, which is huge for travel or long work shifts. The screen is bright and sharp with great colors, and the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions. The trackpad is still the best in the business — super precise and satisfying to use. Overall, it feels polished in a way that most laptops just aren’t. Fast, portable, reliable, and just enjoyable to use every day. If you want something that’s powerful but still incredibly light and hassle-free, this one is absolutely worth it. Easy 5 stars.

Excellent computer but requires a bit of a learning curve. Miss touch screen a bit.

I’ve been using the new MacBook Air with the M4 chip for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. The performance is incredibly fast for such a thin and lightweight laptop. The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display looks beautiful with sharp text and vibrant colors, which makes it great for watching videos, editing photos, or studying. The keyboard is comfortable, the trackpad is super responsive, and the build quality feels very premium like all Apple products. Another thing I love is how portable it is. It’s extremely light and easy to carry around, which makes it perfect for students or anyone who travels a lot. Overall, this is one of the best laptops I’ve used. Excellent, with all the functions I needed for work

so far, so good. Screen seems smaller than anticipated, so just look out for that. Might be better to go with the 15 inch.
