Bought open box-excellent, laptop is phenomenal, shipping was fast, confirmation and payment options were all great as experienced with Best Buy in the past.

The new MacBook Air is another step forward for the already great family of MacBooks. Gradual changes in its appearance, capability and performance and holding a reasonable price make this a great buy. This is my third MacBook and it is likely I will never buy any competitor.

As a new to Mac user, I am still learning. The MacBook Air 13 feels lighter than my previous Dell 13 inch and the keyboard is nicely designed. The fingerprint touchpad effectively streamlines the sign-in process and I appreciate the Stage Manager for easy access to open tabs. There is still much more for me to learn, but I feel good about this purchase.

Great for everyday use. It’s super light, fast, and the battery lasts all day — I can go through a full day of work, streaming, and browsing without worrying about charging. Overall performance is smooth and fast, even with multiple apps open. I also love how quiet it is; it doesn’t heat up or make distracting fan noise. It’s a reliable and easy laptop to use. The screen is bright and clear, and the keyboard feels comfortable for long typing sessions.

I mean what can I say! It does everything I want this machine to do plus even more. For the price I can’t ask for more!

I bought this MacBook Air as a Christmas gift for my son, and it’s already proving to be a great choice. It’s lightweight, fast, and perfect for keeping up with his high school assignments. Love this edition of MacBook Air. I'm a casual computer user meaning not for work as I am retired. I do use it at least once a day, I have only needed to charge it twice in the month that I have had it.My old MacBook was 13 years old but still working fine. I bought this one due to tariff uncertainty and probable replacement of the old one at some point.
