Terrible. They froze multiple times, it would not respond unless I double clicked, was slow and lagged. This was the second one I bought and returned. I bought two 2025 through Best Buy, and one 2024 from Amazon and they were all awful. I ended up getting my old one fixed as it never gave me these issues. When my old one goes, I am not going to buy an apple as it malfunctions from the get go and it is NOT worth the money.Apple has really gone downhill!

Do not like sound quality / thinking abouf exchanging for 15 inch macbook air or 14 inch macbook pro

The computer may be great, but the delivery service is not flexible. They returned the item to the store and the order was canceled. I had to reorder the item for in store pick up. BEST BUY, PLEASE GET A BETTER DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!

Someone named Joel Lopez dipped off and stole my MacBook Air and Stephanie and Anna have it and share it and this is why this is the proof that it’s mine not theirs.

Nothing but trouble. Have been taking it back to store at least 7 or 8 times and still no working properly.

Amazing. I´ve switched from an i5 2019 Macbook Pro and the difference is incredible, not only in performance but also on battery Life. Great device for everyday business tasks and easy to carry everywhere. If you can, pick the 512gb ssd version, if not, you can use icloud.

This my review on a item the was ordered with my card information that was stolen and allowed to be picked up by someone without showing ID and allowed to drive off with the item using my alias and information without being asked to furnish an ID when it states on your online that a person must show their government ID that purchased it

Bout this for $749 thinking the brought it down from $1000 I didn’t do my research I didn’t get a sale it’s actually the price lol

My first MacBook. I needed autonomy for work, so I decided to buy this laptop. I've never used one before, so it was interesting to try something new for myself. I chose this Air M4. After a little over a week of use, my impressions are only positive. The quality is noticeable from the first minutes of use. I quickly figured out the new ecosystem for myself. There are things that I don't really like compared to Windows laptops, but maybe it's just habit. This laptop is definitely not for games, although something not heavy will pull. For games, it's better to consider gaming models on Windows. Autonomy is its main plus. I've been charging the laptop once every 1.5 days. The keyboard is pleasant to the touch, the touchpad... I haven't seen any super touchpad, as praised in reviews on Youtube. It's good. For example, the Asus TUF Gaming F15 has a cool touchpad and is in no way inferior to it.

The battery didn’t charge and it wasn’t configured correctly . I had to return it.

Horrible product easy to break horrible customer service and i mean horrible my macbook had a black circle on the screen on second use it spreaded and no one would let me get a replacement in my return window went to 3 stores and was on phone with coporate be careful with your money here
