It's a great product, and the service men, even on a busy day like Black Friday, were perfect. They explained all the product and service benefits as a Best Buy member. This was a replacement for a decade old Apple IMac. Easy to set up, easy to transfer everything and a pleasure to use. I love the fingerprint authorization. Good feel on the keyboard, good battery life, and responds quickly as I work.

Was awesome and quick and fast delivery. The MacBook is very quick and fast. Love the charging port. My 5yr old yanks the cord and it doesn’t hurt the computer at all with the mag charger.

I was a Windows user and then I bought it and honestly I love that it is so portable and lightweight and even though it took me some time to get used to it I have completely become a Mc person now. Love this product

The MacBook is awesome. Very fast. Sleek style. Would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade or move away from a PC. Very disappointed in the trade-in program from Best Buy. My estimate for the trade in was $150, but they only paid out $85 and no one will tell my why. My old Macbook was in really good shape. I would not use the Bestbuy trade in program again.

Perfect for my daughter as she gets ready for college. And what a deal. Only thing left to buy is a MS Office companion SW so she gets to use MS Office apps. Now I'm not able to comment on dependability but all works well. Bought the Sky Blue version which makes it stand out from the rest of silvers and blacks Macbooks.

So far this product has been excellent. I use it for school and work and it meets all my needs. I focus on speed and overall performance and I am really happy with it so far. This is my first MAC and switching from windows has take a little getting used to. The security features are great as well. Lightweight so its no problem carrying it around.

Excellent product! This is a gift to my granddaughter for her dual high school and college graduation. She knew exactly the model, brand, memory, all the way down to the color she wanted. The MacBook is sleek, thin and has everything incorporated to aid her in continuing her college education! In addition, it was on sale - saved about $100.00! Great purchase all the way around!
