While that wasn't an issue, it was just a little annoying. The macbook works great, it's easy to use, and overall was great quality. I did have to contact apple support though since my macbook didn't let me create a new apple account, but that has been the only issue. i recommend ordering a case, and possibly an type c-to USB adaptor. Other than that, the product is great.

It’s super lightweight and easy to carry around, which is perfect since I’m always on the go. The performance is crazy fast—apps open instantly, and everything runs really smoothly, even with a bunch of tabs and programs open. Battery life has been great so far too—I can go a whole day without needing to charge. Honestly, it’s been a great upgrade and totally worth it.
