Utilized my M1 as a trade in plus the Best Buy sale to get the price down to a more reasonable price. Very happy with how well it works. It is light with a quality screen that allows me to use for a mix of business and pleasure.

Very good laptop but only a 60hz display?

The battery life is very good could be a smidge better but given how lightweight and powerful this machine is, its a nitpick more than anything. The speakers on this laptop are incredible and the microphone quality is also superb. The webcam quality is also fantastic. I don't care much for the "stage centering" feature it strikes me more of a gimmick than anything. Keyboard is fine but again no laptop keyboards are good in my eyes. The laptop feels very well made and doesn't bend if you press down on it with a modicum of force. The big glaring negative is the display and its not brightness or something its simply because its 60hz instead of 90 or 120hz. Seriously Apple? 60hz display in 2025? Other than that this is a great work or personal laptop. As long as you don't do heavy video editing or something this machine is perfectly fine for the majority of users.

I absolutely love it, it has made nursing school so much easier to navigate having everything I need at my fingertips. The visuals & sound are perfect for movies, or even educational videos. MacBook features are easy to navigate & work with. Definitely recommend to those in school! I loved it so much I bought my sister one too.
