I have been calling them every day since Nov 10 — every customer service agent tells me a refund has not been initiated and promises to initiate one (since the item was never delivered). I’ve reported the matter to BBB and FTC. Online blogs indicate that Best Buy is doing this to multiple customers. I cannot wait for the regulators to shut this terrible and fraudulent company down once and for all.
