    Overall this laptop is great I upgraded from the M1 MacBook Air to this one and it honestly was a huge difference in my day to day. Regarding the battery life it doesn't last anywhere near 18 hours for me it last 8 hours max but I do work from home and have tons of meetings all day and it does last me my full work day. When I have the laptop closed and put away the battery lasts literally forever. I have an iMac I use for work as well and once I left my MacBook in a drawer for 3 days before needing it and the battery when from 100 percent to 98 percent which is honestly amazing.

    Perfect for what I needed!!!! I recently replaced my HP laptop with this MacBook and I couldn’t be happier with it! I have my iPhone and my iMac, but taking my HP with me for projects was tough because they wouldn’t communicate! Now, I can work at home and leave with my MacBook and pick up right where I left off! Makes all of my projects absolutely seamless now!!! Oh yeah, and the battery lasts forever!!!

    I have owned couple of macbook pro laptops this time bought Air for my wife, most of the time I feel like reaching out to air than pro. Its light weight feels good to carry around in home and for my usage can do everything I want. Probably will stick with air in future
