    The outer packaging is not shrink-wrapped, and the entire package is very dirty with black fingerprints all over it, making it look as if it has been used before.

    Defective, ordered online came with reinstalled MacOS with forwarding protocols. It turned on and asked for update of OS. Started update and got stuck on screen time remaining 3 hours and the screen turned black with !. Took it back they exchanged it for another one that did the same thing

    I was charged 1020$ which was including the hardcore. I have not received the Hardcore nor is it mentioned in my bill.

    False advertising. The advertisement is 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU, but the product that arrived is 8-core CPU and 8-core GPU. I contacted them asking for the difference in value to be refunded, but they didn't give me any fair solution.

    Try to avoid this supplier.. I ordered three MacBook air and they delivered only two in the box with Fedex tracking as all three and mentioned all three delivered...

    It has been a terrible experience asI bought the new Mac laptop and they cancel first time my order for no reason, I bought second time and order never ready to pick up for two weeks while they are still advertising ready for pick in one hour up on Savannah store.

    Never sent a prepaid box for trade in. When I called support to check they CANCELLED the trade in after 10 DAYS.
